Well this video topic on Tokyo Ghoul:re is to discuss who could possibly be the real OEK. So many people could be the One Eyed King... Nimura Furuta, Arima Kishou, Hideyoshi Nagachika, Eto, or Kaneki Ken. So who is it? Ready for TG:re Chapter 67 Review?

Hide or Furuta are definitely not the OEK, i'm almost 95% sure! Hide being the OEK naaaah man, that's just plain stupid! The OEK is either Arima or Kaneki but Ishida is making us evade it and making us think something else. Btw chibi that interpretation about Eto was great, nobody has ever mention it. What if Eto really wants Kaneki to kill her just to take the OEK position, that would be something indeed. Though i hope not! I don't want Eto dying, she's such a well-written character and Furuta is def one of my fav characters now after the recent developments!

Yeah and i agree there's A LOT of mystery surrounding Hide but i don't think him being the OEK is one of them. I think his parents(we didn't get anything about his parents honestly) and him are part of V or maybe his even a Washu and was part of the sunlit garden. Anyways i just want to see my boy back again!

I think the One Eyed King was being created still. By Kanou. They want a strong ghoul to be it. When they got the QS technology in their hands, they could advance, progress further. That explains why Eto suddently started to act. They finished him.
Now too, Kaneki was supposed to be a test. He comments it in Tokyo Ghoul still. But then, Eto noticed that Kaneki survived the fight against Arima. He even hurt Arima, something that not even Eto could do in her Owl form. She noticed he actually turned out to be a sucess, though with a weak and broken mind. He's stronger than her. With that, she then passed her torch to Kaneki.
Now, who is it? It could be either someone that was experimented with by Kanou or Kaneki himself. If it's Kaneki, Eto's phrase "Kill the OEK" means for him to die as a martyr. Or maybe, she noticed that he could be stronger than the OEK they created, so she wants to test it out.
Arima is the one eye king....

It's possible that Ishida is setting it up for there to be 2 OEK's. Kaneki and Arima
+Kaiser They are called the Black Reaper and White Reaper, and presence of a checker/chessboard in some scenes, and certain characters proclaim or symbolize certain chess pieces, leads me to believe there are 2 kings the white king and the black king respectively.
But given Ishida's track record we'll probably be blindsided and the OEK will turn out to be Mougan(MMMM BOY) or something

1. As you've already said, both are called reapers and have a black/white affinity.
2. They both have had similar hair
3. Both have similar fighting styles and swift movement
4. Both have bad eyesight and glasses
5. Arima's right eye is portrayed to be yellow, while Kaneki's left eye is aswell. This could be what determines a "king"
6. Both are extremely powerful and work for the CCG
7. Ishida tends to parallel them in certain panels
I think Ishida is trying to misdirect our attention (as always) with the title of chapter 56 of Tokyo ghoul re, and what Eto told Kaneki this recent chapter. The title doesn't have to be referring to any kings in the past, but the current ones. It could have double meaning, which Ishida uses quite often, or even triple meaning. Eto has been proven to be a red herring before, why stop there?
Kaneki = 2nd King, so who is the 1st? I think it's Arima, and I think Garden made him into a human king
What about Amon? It's quite a coinsidence for him to show up as Eto announces the return of the OEK. Plus the killing part.

Which would be funny since Furuta has been so hellbent on finding him and he's been right there in his face the entire time. Kaneki will be the new OEK, tho.

What if the original one eyed king is in the lower levels of cochlea and being harvested of it's dna or Rc-cells and has been used in the "breeding" in the sunlit garden and the reason Eto wants Ken to kill him is because she wants to end his suffering?

Eto's Bileyg the King book is her tenth book. If you link this to tarot, the tenth card is the Wheel of Fortune, which defines Destiny, Turning Point, Movement, and Personal Vision.
Look more into it, the learntarot website made me blow my own mind, and it isn't something that has been brought to theorists attention from what I've seen.

Arima is the OEK, the fact that they showed such a high emphasis on his eye in the chapter 65 (with Shachi), he has a special eye of sorta
Great vid Chibi. No matter who the OEK is there is no doubt Kaneki is the heir for the position. I dunno if Kaneki is gonna die or not because Ishida did say that part one was the tragedy and that :re will be the birth of a legend, but then that can go both ways. Maybe when we hit the World segment of The Fool's Journey he'd unite the Ghouls and Humans and die a Lelouch type of death.
Also the one eyed King could be more symbolic then we actually realise. Because Ishida likes to use tarot cards to tell us about a character and their true personality, I looked into what the number 1 could mean and it came up with the results of : New beginnings, opportunity, potential, drive, ideas, inspiration and aspiration. One deals with that which is about to take form. Many ones in a reading indicates that a situation is about to begin or is in the early stages of development.
This is very important as this can show how the "one eyed King" will start something that none of us can predict and could start a new revolution that is bigger than anything that has happen so far. It might be a bit far fetched but if you think about it and what has happened recently this could be true. Also I believe that Arima is the one eyed King, but his role will be taken over by kaneki or "over thrown".
I also believe that Hide will come back and have some connection with V and the Washu's. Maybe he was part of the family, or maybe he was also 'bred' like Rise and Furta. But I believe that he doesn't actually care for kaneki and is only by his side to keep an eye on him to make sure that he doesn't get into trouble, so this can link him to being connected to V and the Washu's as for their need for control. Also if Hide has the same past as Rise and Furta that might be why he told kaneki in the very first book to leave Rise alone as he knew what she was/ capable of.
Sorry for this essay of a comment but Chibi if you do read this I would love to know your thoughts on this, and if you agree or not.

"Let's dive into Eto" She's all mine. Gotta love Eto
Chibi, I've been reviewing the earlier chapters of Tgre and I found something interesting in chapter 15, on page two, Eto tells Ayato to finish "Flobby" who we now know is Amon. Now in the latest chapter, Eto asks Kaneki to kill the OEK. This might advance the theory that Amon is the OEK, but it could be something completely unrelated. Now I personally always thought that the one eyed King would be Arima or Kaneki/Sasaki. But I did think it might be something you might want to contemplate. Please keep the Chapter reactions and reviews coming, always a mini highlight of my day.
What if there is no One Eyed King and Eto is just a huge troll ?
If anything I believe that the One Eyed King is cleverly constructed myth created by Eto. To give hope to all persecuted ghouls and inspire fear in V and CCG. A key for the bird cage made of wax. No, One Eyed King is not real. Not yet at least.....He still has a long journey ahead of him. Kaneki Ken.

I just found this video and, I've been making my way through the series even though its been out for a bit the same as the anime. This is a great video, and I have been thinking about who is the OEK as well. I believe that Eto and Arima were both stand ins for the OEK until he could be born into the role. There is a scene after chapter 66 where Eto tells Arima she wants to create chaos and this is in the past where she and Arima had fought each other and she tells him "I want to throw this shitty world into chaos so it'll get fixed". Eto and Arima created the OEK legend and acted as fill-ins and planned this whole thing in order for ghouls and humans to be at peace with each other. Kaneki is the true OEK, they needed someone who had been on both sides. He was a human turned into a ghoul. I believe Eto created Aogiri tree in order to create the OEK (why did Aogiri tree all of a sudden show up after Kaneki was made? Why did Ayato and Jason go and kidnap Kaneki in the first place? Yes, Jason was interested in Kaneki to begin with but who wouldn't be? Eto used that curiosity to her advantage since Jason is known for how he tortures ghouls and humans alike. How Kaneki was in the beginning would not have fit into the role she needed) and Arima took over later to finish the training. That's just my theory
all throw this out for people and chibi to think about what IF arima had the same thing done to him that was done to kaneki ,this would explain the white hair and his personality

Hey Chibi, awesome TG videos! I think that Arima is the One Eyed King. Just the feels of the the last 10 or so chapters, the way the plot is going, the overall tone and direction of it, and how Arima is portrayed in the last few chapters. I really, genuinely think, that Ishida is setting up Arima to be the OEK, and it will be his the big twist of the series. There are several points here that should be taken into consideration:
1. When Eto says in chapter 61 that "The One Eyed King is not me", we see in the last page that the scene shifts to 2 (well 3) different person. There are Kaneki, Furuta, and Arima in that last page. While he obviously wants the reader to associate this claim with Kaneki (because we associate more with Kaneki, and also the camera is placed in a more cinematic way for Kaneki), Eto's words can also be associated with Arima or Furuta in that scene. Watch how the last words, NOT. ME, and the ME is placed below Kaneki's panel, just before Arima was shown. Doesn't that dramatic effect makes it so the words are associated to Arima?
2. In chapter 66, Eto says that OEK is in CCG/V's bellies. I'd like to think that it means the OEK is inside, or is already a member of CCG/V. But because she was talking with Furuta, the V one makes more sense, right? So, Arima?
3. Chapter 64. Bileyg is explained to be "He who lacks one eye". You explained it yourself in your video, Chibs. This explanation takes place just before with Arima's battle with Sachi, in which Sachi made a very vague remark regarding Arima's eye. See a connection here?
4. Eto said her book is an offering to the OEK king. In Chapter 67, Banjou was reading Bileyg, and he said "If she really wanted to write this for ghouls, she shouldn't have used so many big words". So the book contains difficult words. Logically, it means that the book is made for a person who reads a lot, hence the use of difficult words. And in the series, we know about only 2 people who is shown to be an avid reader. KANEKI and ARIMA. Unless you want to include Hinami.
5. And finally, the last chapter. We are shown glimpses of his past with Arima, how Arima named him, and the relationship between the two. We are shown his uncertainty, right after meeting Arima. Combine this with Eto's words the chapter before: "Kill The One Eyed King". You can already guess where this is going. I think that Kaneki will kill Arima, and become the One Eyed King himself.
If this is true, their relationship will be EXACTLY like Sasuke and Itachi from Naruto :)

Imagine Arima trying to use his kagune (we do not still know if he actually has one) and Kaneki stabs him in the good eye just in time and devours his kakuhou. Kaneki would become completely OP

I think there are two OEK. Kaneki is the second OEK mentioned in Eto's novel. Arima is the real OEK. That, or the OEK has not been introduced yet.
I strongly believe that if Kaneki is the One eyed king, the wish from eto is to make Kaneki come back to his true form... Being the King isn't Kaneki's duty... After he's going to finish, she wanted him to go back to his true self... Either the style after the incident with Jason, or before the change... The King form of Kaneki may represent what he is right now and have a thing like at the end of Root a (right before the battle with Arima) when he started "getting" the black hair back which meant that he was going back to his true self... Maybe I'm wrong but I bet Ishida will make us get the feels again.
Makes sense why he chose that stage to 'go out in style.' Kaneki did a really good job during the play when he was little huh, as said by Hide.
One-eyed King doesn't necessarily have to be a person, it could be an organization / group of people as well. Has it been confirmed it's 100% a person? I can't remember, please do tell me if that's the case.
One out of two eyes, which could refer to an organization, with a goal, being split in two with similar, yet different, ideals. KInda like V and CCG in a sense. Or the clowns and Kanou's group within ghouls. Having one eye shut, means a denial of the other's vision after all. Similar to sub-sections / -groups within religions.
Those familiar with Naruto remember Asuma's reference to the 'King', which translated into the upcoming generations of new ninjas. In Tokyo Ghoul this would likely convert into new ghouls being made (one-eyed, bred ones, or both). Which makes sense considering the 'breeding' subject was brought up in the latest chapter. However, this also means the King can well be a person, as well as something else. However, it's entirely possible that the King - whatever it means - has the ability to create ghouls in a way unknown to us (or hinted at) so far. This leads us to another point. Since Kanou has been inside and is familiar with the actions and projects of CCG, he could have adopted and copied elements of this process from the original king, and has in fact become "a fake king" in a sense, creating imperfect half-ghouls. Kanou is not the first one to seriously try this process out, that's for sure. From the information we know by now, a half-born baby is not supposed to live due to complications met at, and before, its (excuse me) birth. However, Eto proves that this problem can be overridden in some scenarios (with low success rate, I'd presume). Are ghouls and humans being forcefully mated to each other behind the scenes? No, that sounds like a misfire and doesn't fit the thematic uniqueness of being a one-eye.
Considering the newer elements from past chapters a little back, the RC cells are likely a key factor here. Maybe it's babies being injected right after their birth, maybe it's something like a gigantic ghoul-human -escort factory, who knows. The possibility was hinted at the Tsukiyama arc. Ordinary humans also contain RC cells at lower amounts, and we know their bodies don't react well to having a high amount in your average case. But what's the special case? Could the process of harvesting and injecting RC cells into someone be gated similar to how its control is limited within the Quinx' bodies? Is that technology used by CCG also copied instead of self-invented? We all know CCG loves to use and evolve pre-existing discoveries and inventions (and by continuation, beings), by now. It seems CCG is becoming more open to joining forces with being that would be considered non-human by their standards, or at least close to it. Returning to their roots aligned with V, perhaps?
Also, the organization V is constantly being brought up here, and is likely manipulating multiple sides, including Aokiri. It's also possible that Aokiri tree is, as ironic as it sounds, "the unsought hero" of this story, the only instance that knows what is really going on; the anti-hero if you may. Who knows. For all we know, the clowns might be ex-V members, with the knowledge they've acquired allowing them to manipulate events and seeing the big picture with V in it, effectively directing the entire chain of events in the series. Evolution has been a central theme in the series from the start, at least in my opinion. The distancing between men and ghoul. Breeding implies they're not as separate "species" as we were led to believe back when the series started. Is Arima the ghoul created by V without the characteristics of one, but all the natural benefits (sans kakuhou)? Are ghouls themselves a failed experimental phase that had to be controlled? Ghouls, CCG, V, Yoshimura and his role in "creating" the Aogiri Tree, and the secrets Eto hasn't revealed and the true purpose of Aogiri. It's a very deep web. Hellova job by Ishida.
Furthermore about the RC cells and their hints connected to the king; last chapter, Eto tells Furuta that the king is "inside their bellies". Since kakuhou isn't strictly located in the stomach area, it's more likely to refer to child birth or eating RC cells to gain strength to become the king. In the latter case, it would seem clear to me that it's referring to Ken Kaneki.
There are a dozen loose threads that honestly make putting the pieces together in a perfect motion an impossible task, yet, though.
It's Arima he is a half ghoul and is hiding his ghoul eye. Even Arima doesn't know he's the One eyed King.

No problem with a new character, but if it is they've gotta take center stage and be built up before they're taken out.
The title of chapter 56 is "The second king", so Kaneki is certainly not the one eyed king that Eto wants to die. Kaneki is the savior of the ghouls: "Bileyg the king" from Eto's last book. Eto's wish is to kill the first one eyed king, it could be someone in arima squad or in chochlea because there is Kanekis last job. If Arima comes from Sunlit Garden, then he could be also bred like Rize and Furuta, what means there is a good chance that he is a ghoul.
Chibi, have you read Furuta's birthday letter yet? It might give you a little insight to his character.

Hey guys this is just a theory I had (completely open to discussion)
It revolves around The Washuu's and how theres a big chance that they are ghouls/half ghouls from the info we got this chapter regarding Furuta (also sad 6th birthday to the sick, sick fuck-face)
First off this is based on the assumption/fact that Furuta is a half-ghoul, which is something I am completely convinced to be true at this point.
Evidence 1: Re:chapter 66 page 3 -- we see in the future on the chair with his hands on his dick (dominate eto) that one of his eyes is coloured black -- might just be a colouring error but I highly doubt it, because
Evidence 2: In page one of re ch 66 we were just revealed that it was Furuta who was with Kanou when the ghoul said -- Tokyo ghoul Chapter 92 page 5/6. When Madam A (if I'm correct that ghoul is her?) attacked/ was attacked by Kanou's body guard (whom we know now to be furuta) she said "IS HE HUMAN OR IS HE..." what we can assume she most likely was going to say was ghoul.
Evidence 3: I highly doubt the clowns would let a human join. No matter how much they love chaos -- even though we have not been give any pre-requsuts to being a clown.
So how does Furuta being a half-ghoul imply that the Washuu's are ghouls/half-ghouls?
First of all we know that a Washuu is his daddy.
Second we know that A FEMALE GHOUL CANNOT BIRTH A HALF GHOUL -- although I do not remember the exact chapter this was said in, on the tg wiki it says that "Naturally-born hybrids are extremely rare. The chance of pregnancy is low, and even if the mother becomes pregnant, the child normally dies during pregnancy: If the mother is a human, the child will not get necessary nutrients and will starve to death unless the mother were to engage in cannibalism. If the mother is a ghoul, the mother's body will mistake the child for food and reabsorb it. Eto is the only known naturally-born one eyed ghoul."

This is very important basically for a natural half-ghoul to be bred it breaks down like this (G)=GHOUL, (H)=HUMAN
DAD(G)+MOM(G)= FULL GHOUL
DAD(G)+MOM(H)= LOW CHANCE OF PREGNANCY, BUT HALF GHOUL CHILD IF MADE PREGNANT
DAD(H)+MOM(G)= NO CHILD (this is based on the info on the wiki)
DAD(H)+MOM(H)= HUMAN BABY
With this info, the only possibility for Furuta to be a NATURAL half-ghoul is if his dad is a ghoul and his mom a human. And we know that his dad is a Washuu. i.e the washuu's must be half (we don't know if half ghouls can reproduce or not as a fact) or full ghoul.
The key word there is Natural half-ghoul. What makes me certain that Furuta is a NATURAL Half-ghoul is that Surgical Half-ghouls are a new thing made by Kanou ( and if Furuta was a kanou experiment, he would have been in his list of successful cases when Kanou mentioned them, forgot the chapter, too lazy to look up)
However, it's still possible that there could have been other ways to make a half-ghoul that V could have used to breed Furuta, which could have been done with Washuu's not having ghoul blood.
Just something that came to my mind
They could be doing some superman shit -- external growth of fetus taken from female ghouls womb (then wash father is human, loophole from nutrition)
Maybe Washuu's are part ghoul (less than half) and theres a very-low genetic chance that they could birth a half ghoul with a human mom (hence V could be breeding to get powerhouses)

From Eto Request to Kankei we can guess that the OEK
1. Is probably someone Eto fought and couldn't beat (Arima), except
Arima himself might not even know he is the new OEK who is being supress
and manipulated by V. They use the legend of the OEK to lure rebellious
ghouls so they can take them and the reason that Aogiri Tree is a
"thorn in their side" is because they used the OEK as a means to bolster
the ranks and went against the rules of V.
2. Its someone she can't get to but Kaneki might have a personal
connection with that makes it possible for him (Hide). The other reason I
say it might be Hide, is Furuta saying that the attack on Kaneki and
Rize was a personal request so it is possible that Hide who knew of both
Kaneki and Rize movements would have known exactly how to set up the
event to happen. We also know that Hide was keeping track of ghoul
movements throughout the city he even knew about Kaneki whereabouts
after he was kidnapped by Aogiri, so its possible he even knew about
Rize being a ghoul. So Kanou Could be working for Hide.. and Furuta
would be inadvertently working for the OEK without him even knowing.
3 Wild card it actually Kaneki's Father, while Hide and Kanou are his
subjects who used Furuta and V without them even realizing. This is
possible only if the OEK genes function different from other ghouls in
which it would be possible for them to have children with humans and the
child could be born as human but with slight ghoul mutations still
dormant.

Personally I think the king is Arima.
I just don't think it makes sense for eto to say "kill the one eyed King" to only find out that she was making kaneki the one eyed King in the first place. I find it more plausible that she's asking kaneki to kill the current one eyed King and take his place.

What if it's Hide we little nothing about him, we cannot confirm his status, he knew a lot about ghouls as a human, niski calmed he as dangerous, just too much mystery surrounding him.

I would take upon the belief that she knows he wants to go save Hinami, concluding that will be his last job within CCG, leaving him unsure of where to go or do after. But to accomplish this, he has to fight against Arima which is theorized to be the One-Eyed King because of the fact Eto said that the One-Eyed King is within their bellies, which possibly could mean that the One-Eyed King is someone Nimura knows within the organization rather it be CCG or V. The only person who could fit the description would be Arima, since he's practically blind in one eye and is in both organizations that Nimura is within.
There's been so much correlation to this theory also due to the fact that Kaneki is known to be the second king and throughout the series, Arima and Kaneki has been compared to each other with various similarities. Along with the chess board theory and how both are opposing reapers, white and black, etc. That and when Kaneki was about to be awaken 10 chapters ago, he mentioned kill Arima (besides the fact of the flash back), it matches the theory and right when Kaneki was awaken, Eto immediately mentions and compares Kaneki to Arima.
I doubt Arima is the OEK, him being a Ghoul doesn't make sense to begin with, his wound from Kaneki didn't heal, and Tatarra said "The King will pass" I don't see why Arima would need a Ghoul to clear the way for him, he's already CCG and he was supposed to be there anyway, anyway just imagine how insane he would be if he was a Ghoul, he took on Eto, an SSS rated Ghoul, without even getting a scratch, assuming he's a Ghoul, that was without even using a Kagune or a Kakuja, so that would just make it Dbz all over again.

Hey,chibi on the previous chapter on Tokyo ghoul Futura mention ask Rize if she was bred too. You already know that Rize was part of V. You also know Arima is part of V too. Do you think there is a very high possibility that Arima was bred? Which therefore explains his abnormal speed and strength. What do you think chibi ?
Theories:
When Eto told Furuta that the king is in their bellies, it meant that the king is probably someone who is captured or is actually someone from the CCG.
Eto also told Kaneki to kill the one eyed king for 'old times sake'. This means that the OEK must be someone that both Kaneki and Eto knows.
Recently, there was an image of Arima's right eye being closed and there was blood all over his glasses. Could it actually mean that he was a one eyed ghoul but removed the kakuhou to replace it with a human eye (lol naruto) in order to blend in with the CCG and thats why his right eye is probably going blind for whatever medical reasons.
Also makes sense since eto has been fighting arima for a couple of years now, hence the 'old times sake'.

Hirako Take (He hasn't been seen for quite a while plotting maybe)
Kanou (Had ties to both CCG and complicated partnership with Aogiri)
Yeah I saw someone else speculate how they think it's a little suspicious we haven't seen Hirako for a while now. Also Kanou has always been a key player to keep note of, but since the recent info about Furuta working under him being a 'clown of Kanou' it's even more of a reason to watch Kanou's words and actions more closely.
I agree with the possibilities except for Kanou. Why would Eto ask Kaneki to kill the OEK when if it is Kanou she could have done it herself since we have seen Eto with Kanou quite a few times in part 1 and 2.

The problem I have with your theory about Rize and Furuta, being "bred" from a human and a ghoul, would make them half ghouls yes? Except we clearly know Rize is a full ghoul. So that would have to be explained pretty damn well to make sense, since we've seen Human+ghoul=one eyeds like Eto. Now Furuta may be half ghoul I have no idea, but Rize clearly wasn't

I'm just now reading Tokyo Ghoul as they come out in physicals since I only watched the anime before. (I am caught up to Re: tho.) And On volume 4 of TG Tsukiyama talks to Kaneki about books and says "Only when immersed in a book am I able to forget who I am. Fiction has helped me through some tough times." And then it shows Kaneki as a child reading books on the floor. I hope Ishida explains what happened to Kaneki as a child.

Ishida is one of the best manga writers ever! He leaves enough breadcrumbs for people to pick up and piece together this story. You literally have to go back and forth to piece this story together. The OEK is Aroma. Go back and re-read the first half. Everything is explained. Kuzen, who once worked for the V organization was their right-hand man and the "owl." A very simple version of what could have been considered an OEK at that time until Eto. Kuzen fought ghouls and was a part of Agori. Likewise, Arima now serves V as both the right-hand man and fights ghouls. However, his ghoul alter ego has yet to be revealed. Or has it been revealed? At this point we have witness him fight 3 SS rated ghouls. The truth is Arima cannot fight ghouls without being one himself. Not possible.
Much like Nimura and Rize whose origins has been subtlety revealed throughout the story, we can assume that Arima's story has been handled the same way. It is told in bits and pieces. Some of the pieces include the garden, his right eye, the image of the skull and crown, his connection to Nimura and Rize, fighting style, and behavior. Whenever an image of the skulled OEK is shown it is ALWAYS the left side of the skull. The skull with the crown is NEVER shown from the right side This same side is described to be Arima's "blind spot". This is one of the biggest hints and is shown throughout the series. Interestingly enough, the right side of his face is always hidden during fight sequences. When someone "discovers" his right eye and how to attack him, they strike him on the right side- which either slows him down(Sachi), allows them to escape(Eto), or allows them to get a hit(Ken). It is at that moment Arima goes in for an immediate kill. Refer to the fight between him and Eto in chapter 141 page 17, the fight between him and Sachi in chapter 61 page 9, and the fight between him and Kaneki in chapter 140 page 14. Pay attention to the panels and what Ishiha is revealing about Arima. All of these battles ended the same way. In chapter 141, page 14, right eye is depicted as white with a tiny to no pupil. Then the pupil turns black and he discovered that he has been attacked. It is revealed after his face is blacked out in one panel and a close up is shown on the same page. As though something took place that is not supposed to be revealed yet. After this "blind spot is discovered" they (Ken, Shasu, Eto) are taken down almost immediately and we only seen the fight take place from Arima’s left side. My guess is that the skull and Arima's "one eye " is just that. They literally operate through one eye. If none of this supports my theory then re-read chapter 61 of Re page 19. The biggest in your face reveal. Eto says in the previous page that the OEK is "NOT"(text on Kaneki's panel) and the words "ME (text on panel with Nimura and Arima!). Here she lets everyone know who IS the OEK and Nimura confirms this by say the following words, "Why if it isn't Mr. Kishou" with a smile. If you look at the juxtaposition we see the back of Arima from underneath him. Leaving us with a very mysterious and powerful shot of him. THE OEK!

Not really. If the have the OEK in there possession, then that have the biggest and baddest lap dog in the series. If you recall at one point Yoshimura, the Owl worked for them.
Kaneki Ken is for sure the one eyed king. It cannot be Arima because he works for V and the one eyed is somebody who is against V. Which means it is either Kaneki ken (most likely) or other candidates Matsuri Washu, Hide and probably some others too.

kaneki's father is the surgeon that gave him rizes organs, this is only mentioned in the manga around the end part which is really not that shocking.
I have a feeling Arima or Kaneki might be the King, but mostly Arima. I don't have any good reason, I just thought about how the plot might go. I thought that Kanekis last job might be to protect the ones who already love him by helping with the breaking of the Ghoul Prison. If I remember correctly, Arimas in charge of securing its exterior. And if Arimas the King, then that would be one hell of a death- or last job. Also, I think Kaneki will probably return to his former, kinder self afterwards, with a few quirks and changes, should he live.

Furta could be similar to Rise's age ,as in the panel that they are both in they both look the same or similar age. So that might make him around his twenties or a similar age to Keneki
It's Kaneki IMO, everything Eto did till now in :re has been for that.
The "kill the OEK" is metaphoric or something, in fact Kaneki says he doesn't understand what she means.
I think Arima is the current OEK, there's no evidence that he's not a ghoul either. And Eto is preparing Kaneki to take over Arima's position as the One Eyed King and beat V. The probability of Kaneki vs Arima in this Arc is pretty damn high as well.
Etos wish was for Kaneki to kill the one eyed king. Imagine if it was Hide.. damn haha
The way I interpreted etos words "in your bellies" was that he is not born or created yet. That they are going to give birth to the one eyed king by their actions for instance pushing haise/kaneki over the edge or by trying to manipulate him he will become the one eyed king.
I think the it was subtle foreshadowing telling us Arima was going blind in one eye, he has inhuman like reflexes, strength and speed similar to that of a n ghoul and to top it off ves connected to V and the sunlight garden
