I’ve done loads of those hot water diaphragms and was interested to see what you did with the tiny o ring. I assumed it went on the pin just behind the packing gland. So the large brass body would be assembled without the packing gland and then The o ring put on the steel pin.
Hi mate them elements will always trip after a while set on max 70c turn them down too 55-60c. If that was a thermal store it’s the wrong element anyway as thermal stores need hot water upto 80-85. Then is blended down too suit property. I thought that was just a fortic cylinder couldn’t really see. If it is, elements fine just turn down temp 👍🏼
Great work bro just waiting for more and more faults finding videos thanks 🙏
Me too 🤣 hopefully more of them in the new year!
Got the Phonejacker in the background 😂
wooden ladders?

Merry Christmas Uncle 👍
I still don't know exactly where it's meant to go, and apparently neither do Baxi 🤣 I just put the o-ring behind the brass nut.
Merry Xmas mate! 🙌🏾🎉
Re the baxi nut, diagram and o ring where does the small oring go? Baxi tec dont know so i leave the o ring out. Never seems right but seem to be ok.
I'm the same 😅 I just put it in the nut side

Ah I think you're right it's a fortic not a thermal store 👍🏾 if I get called back I'll adjust the temp as you suggested 👌🏾
@ just trying too help bro 👍🏼
Yeh, I always leave them on 55
Nice long pins on your leads. Infuriating that many new ones have such short, stubby pins.
Yeah it has the covers but I take them off, the short pins are really annoying
Can you explain what electric checks you did on the immersion couldn't see properly
I'll do a video on testing immersions 👍🏾
