So what, every dispatcher covers most 5-6 trucks....if you're a hard runner you'll feel your but... awesome dispatch office, hate Chicago paperwork office, kind of lazy girls, managers but still made more money than everywhere else... spent there 3 yrs with them.
My dispatch for RTI target account were absolutely not that good. They seemed to be never there if needed only when they wanted to inform of something. It’s all about everyone else and who cares about the person actually doing the driving.
I used to work for RTI about 3 years ago, and that is true. I believe most companies and dispatcher’s are all about themselves and not the drivers the ones that’s making them money, but as soon as people start taking a stand, then hopefully it might start to change.

Per Diem is something entirely different. Companies will pay per diem and a lower wage to avoid paying as much employer tax. As a owner operator you'd claim your per diem when filing your federal taxes. Detention and layover should all go to the driver but I guess they can get away with what they are doing. They are stealing from you. Being stolen from is not what you signed up for. Don't try putting lipstick on a pig. Run away.

Come to road knights brother company driver .75 cents per mile 2,500+ miles a week running reefer the only deductions are 200 dollars until you reach a 2,000 dollar escrow and after that you pay only 45 dollars a week for occupational insurance
2500+ miles a week is very unhealthy especially if you’re using the whole 11/14 hour clock. Drive less and exercise more and take more breaks. Just because the law allows you to run 11/14 doesn’t mean you have work all of that.
Not go to super ego , if you are with ego stay out for 2 1/2 weakest then go home for 5 days or any company you go to whether you’re a company driver or an owner operator it’s gonna be tough you’re not gonna make big paychecks right now RV transport with a pick up truck is where you can actually make good money if you find the right company, to lease on with

What ELD do they use? Seen some One+ stickers on the truck and FMCSA has removed that from approved ELOG list
I’ll have to double check the tablet they gave me and see what the app shows the sticker on the truck I am in right now shows ELD RIDER
