Wolf Point West is the striking, slender, new 48-story tower at the confluence of the north, south and main branches of the Chicago River.
Wolf Point West honors its iconic location with lavish amenities and luxury studio to 3-bedroom apartments.

The kitchen is superlative, and the "good kind" of washer & dryer is always huge plus 😄
Incredible.
This is my dream place.
Best yet
Just wanted you to know that my friend rented a unit at Wolf Point after I showed him one of your videos about the property. I told the leasing agent too :)
I wish I lived here 😩✨
Its excellent quality too-
Lean over the balcony? Oh no!
Wow. I don't think you could get a better view than that. The river views *are* stunning, as you say. But I have to admit that shared balcony with the low divider at 4:36 would concern me a lot, in terms of both privacy and security. Also, after this video was made, a new, taller building - Wolf Point East - was constructed to the east, which would obscure much of the view of the Merchandise Mart for this unit, and partially or completely block the main stem river view for units to the north. I wonder if a third building is planned on this site between these two.
Security from a neighbor paying over $100K a year in rent? Seriously? Yes - the view has been impacted by Wolf Point East and will be further impacted by the new Salesforce Tower.
The eastward view on the river will be basically gone because the salesforce tower is huge and right in front of it. However the southward views will still look just as great and also I think the northeastward views should be maintained.
And then along came Salesforce Tower.
I was up on top of Salesforce Tower and the 360-degree views from there are spectacular. The top floor is likely to be open to non-profit groups to host events, so a lot of people will get to enjoy the views.
“Everyone can lean over the balcony”
Uhh yeah no thanks
I don't like balconies that high up
