@@imthatguy7394 It's just trinket swapping. I dont use GF pre fight because of that, i feel like it's not worth losing 2-3 seconds of Greatness for no reason. Those seconds are very important as you want to wait with using Gary until you can snap both, Greatness + Fallen Crusader

To my knowledge u just need 5% and usually having a draenei will put u where u need to be. All ive tried keeping it at was 5% since i switched over to morb from ss, and ive seemed to be doing fine.
So, I have been testing a lot of my unholy dk. Currently 4.6 gs. And it's just demotivating at this point. Maybe you found a way with certain items to improve, but for the rest of us that is still looking for the right things it is a nightmare. Don't get me wrong, I have been following your videos for a while, and is by far the most complete guide I have ever seen. But for me unholy dks are dead. Staying as a Frost tank for the moment and trying to be motivated for the next subscription.

Doesn’t work like that. It’s 12.5% * 1.20 = 15%. And for 2 diseases so a 5% damage to scourge strike which isn’t a major contributor to unholy damage profile as opposed to frost dk
You mentioned Black magic no longer being worth it to swap to which i get but is double rune of the fallen crusader still bis? I've seen quite a few people walking around with razorice on their offhand
As unholy? Icy touch is our only frost button. On singletarget perhaps, if you prio it above death and decay it may give some burst in short fights like xt hardmode.
Start paying attention when fights take longer, and start playing with actual decent unholy players. The only times frost are going to be outperforming are on shorter timed fights, due to the burst. It applies to both single target boss fights and aoe pulls.
@@Shafordo I mean for the sheer ease of play. There is a metric fuck load of shit that can fuck a UHDK up. Looking more at semi-hard core guilds. Where you may or may not do the fights to perfection everytime in under 30seconds and avoid half the mechs
Literally never have I said warriors would be top this phase. I've said 1 warrior, Ahl could top meters and get world rank 1s, and 99% of warriors would be shit. So idk where you heard that
@@BongGoku and he actually did! his 25 man he was top of the meters during some points of the fight which would never happen with fury, he will end top 7 of the meters now on some fights compared to being below everyone else and above only tanks.
It really just depends. Its not better overall... but on faster fights? Its going to appear that way. If fights are very quick a frost dks burst is prob going to outdo the unholy. But let there be a long single target fight, and ur not going to come close to the unholy dk. Same way with drawn out aoe exchanges. Ur just not gonna keep up.

No it's a horrible change, literally one of the dumbest way of nerfing unholy. It won't affect this phase much but it will make UH really uncompetitive in later phases.

Simply swap your trinket positions before using GF to not proc greatness
Or procc greatness intentionally so it doesn't proc at the start of the fight if bloodlust isn't used straight away

When DW you're never going to get to your actual white hit cap. You should push for 280 and focus more points in haste > crit.

u just need the right items i did 16k burst on algalon and i stil dont have alot of bis items just get goid at the rotation
checking logs now in p3 and all top parsing unholy are troll and stll use Black Magic, any thoughts?

No, the set bonus is very meh. It increases the additional dmg by 20%, not the total. 1h is still by far the best.

even 2h scourge strike youd prefer higher ilvl gear over the 4 set. It's not as good as it sounds
I simed it the other day and at T8 BiS it’s about a 2k dps difference from DW

You can do it after. Haste scaling is now dynamic for the gargoyle, it updates as your live haste changes.

I have a similar ilvl frost dk and it just performs better. Unholy is not as versatile or good as frost after the nerf.
