- You'd think a movie in which Adam Driver fights a bunch of dinosaurs couldn't possibly be boring, but that's just what "65" is. The lovely Nick and Joseph from @fishjellyfilmreviews were kind enough to join Christy for a review of this big-budget sci-fi movie, which was barely shown to critics before opening day. Written and directed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods. Co-starring Ariana Greenblatt and Chloe Coleman.

I don't think I'm ready for fish jelly and breakfast to collide. ❤️
They're lovely guys!
❤️
Fish Jelly and Breakfast All Day are the two best channels I fell in love during the pandemic era. Great to see you two collaborate!
Our pleasure! Thanks for watching.
I could not click on this fast enough!! I don't know why, but it makes me happy and life is better knowing you guys are all friends!!!!!!
Always love seeing Nick and Joseph at screenings 😄
When i tell you I screamed for joy when these three popped up on my screen, I mean I SCREAMED FOR F*@&ing JOY!!!! Love you three so much, and I'm sorry you had to see such a terrible film. I hope you can come together again in the future for a movie that is worthy of your time.
For sure, we’ll have them back for a good one next time!
I love Fish Jelly reviews!! Thanks for having them on!
Our pleasure!
Big fish jelly fan here 😍
That's great!
Totally made our day. Three of our favorite people together!! Scottie cried when he saw the picture. Amazing thing about special needs people. He gets so delighted!!! He's stuck in the hospital again and this THRILLED him. Thank you
Oh no, so sorry to hear that. But glad this helped a little 😊
No way Nick&Joseph with Christy in the same podcast! (I hoped this movie would've been great since it had the ingredients. But I won't watch this in the theatres anyways.)
Nice to have them here!
Once again, thank you for watching this movie so that I don’t have to! Great collaboration and review!
Thanks for watching, Gerard!
So good to have Joseph and Nick on BAD. Their channel is so good.
They're very entertaining.
Nothing says Oscar weekend like Adam Driver and dinosaurs! Thank you for bringing exposure to Fish & Jelly!
Our pleasure!
@@nederlanditisnederlanditis5529 Always a pleasure when we can all lift each other up.
Yay for Fish Jelly!
Yay indeed 🎉
I'm so excited for this review!!!! This is my Avengers. ❤
The ultimate collab
Woo hoo!
I totally watched this video just to see Joseph talk about a movie without spoilers. 😂 Love you all! Great seeing you collaborate!
Ha, thanks Bradley!
A crossover of my two favourite film film channels. This has made me smile.
Thanks, Stephen!
This is the review crossover I didn't even know I wanted.
Always enjoy seeing these guys!
They are sitting on the wrong side! My two favorite review sites together! I have to say I didn't see ya'll's worlds coming togeter.
Always a pleasure to see them 😊
Fish Jelly!!!!
Woo hoo!
It was a 3/5 for me. If I had to elevator pitch it: I’d say Wolfgang Petersen’s “Enemy Mine” (primarily two character sci/fi story set on a distant planet) meets “Jurassic Park”.
omg came over from fish jelly, loved this!
Thanks so much for watching!
Adam Driver and Dinos.... but I'm more wondering "is that tom nook on his shirt? I love Tom Nook."
Almost ALLLL my fav peeps!!! Missing Alonzo!❤️
Thanks Ann! He couldn't make the screening.
@@BreakfastAllDay Guess he lucked out. Sad for all involved as you know they don’t set out to make a bad film. 😳 I like Driver so much. He and his wife have worked with vets suffering from PTSD- bringing the arts to them to help with their issues. My son is a Marine combat vet in that situation. (Driver himself is a Marine vet) These men and women need all the help they can get, and I so believe in the healing power of expression through the arts.
I’m a fan! I’m a fan! Love Fish Jelly!
They're very fun.
I AM a fan of Joseph and Nick! But I only watch their reviews after I've seen the movie since they only do spoilers.
They're always entertaining!
omg nick and joseph are here!!!! i love them!
They're great!
There is an odd recurring motif in the film where he is not wearing his weapons harness and then he is. He falls in quicksand but in the next scene he still has his pulse rifle even though we assumed it would have been lost in the quicksand and none of that is ever explained.
All good points!
Christy’s closing comment “don’t go see it”. Now I almost want to go see it just to see how bad it really is.
It's not bad in a good way, it's just bad.
That's the thing! It's not even interestingly bad.
I saw this film on Saturday night. It's honestly much better than what these three make it out to be.
While I agree that the interesting setup of the plot goes unexplored, it's forgivable because this is a 90 min horror survival film foremost and it gets the job done.
The man-girl relationship are also nicely acted.
this movie is kinda like "love and monsters" from a couple years ago but that movie worked, this needed to imitate "love and monsters"
Yay, both channels I love!
Thanks, Nik!
This movie could've *ROARED* it's way to awesomeness. Oh well 🦖
Ok, despite all of the criticism, this still sounds like a kickass movie. I might have to watch this regardless... 😁
Let us know if you do!
Nothing to add but I'll leave a comment to give the algorithm a tickle.
Very kind of you 😊
Ah gee.. It's a shame that it fell flat. But I do love me some timey-wimey. Did they have a Butterfly Effect when/if they return to their own time? Thanks for the review.
Hmm ... don't want to spoil but it's not exactly time travel.
I respect FishJelly reviews (and often agree), however I go to them for bluntly spoken spoilers. These days movies can be a substantial financial commitment for those of us (aka me) who must buy the hugest popcorn available in order to properly enjoy any and all theatrical movies. So thank you Nick and Joseph!
They're great!
This movie sounds like the Willard Caroll Smith II film After Earth from 2013.
Anyone notice how similar Nick and Joseph's facial features are?
Adam Driver knows that you have to remain calm around dinosaurs because they're so easily upset. You just give them a steely glare and say, "Stand down."
He's very intimidating!
It was the beginning of us lol
A dog days of winter title by the sounds of it….
With an enormous budget!
I only have one question for a dinosaur movie: are there lots of well-done CGI dinosaurs and are there lots of scenes of them chasing and eating (or attempting to eat) people? If the answer is "Yes" I am in, if the answer is "no" I'm out. Christie is the only one who addressed this very important topic at all, but not definitively enough for me to know. I will be checking the movie out, but maybe not in a theater. (P.S. I liked Jurrasic World: Dominion because it satisfied my requirements, except of course for the stupid and unnecessary locust subplot, which I found boring.)
The answer is yes.
@@BreakfastAllDay Yay! Thanks for the info!
Please review “I Like Movies.”
Oof, I was really hyped for this one but after seeing you guys (and apparently basically everyone) shit on this maybe I should just check something else
Yes, use your time and money elsewhere!
Well that asteroid hit Earth 66 million years ago so I think he’ll be fine
Phew!
I chuckled in the theater when movie measured distance in kilometers -- they didn't even try to make this good.
You mean... like the rest of the world outside the States does?
@@thefilmseeker Myanmar and Liberia also don't use the metric system ... but that's not the point I was making. lol
@@C_M_R What was, then?
The premise sounds like a "can't lose" one. Too bad. Could have done a lot with it as anyone who has spent more than a minute on the subject would tell you.
What an unnecessary story! NINETY ONE MILLION DOLLARS?!?!
And then they throw in a language barrier to make it even more...interesting?!
90 mins but still felt too long (if you didn't want more like I didn't).
I was half expecting them to somehow become Adam and Eve.
She looks like Ann Coulter🧐
So After earth 2
I love this collaboration but first "Shotgun Wedding" and now "65" damn just the worst movies, hopefully next time you guys collab its for a better movie.
Definitely! Good movies are on the horizon.
Everything you're describing about this is giving me big After Earth vibes. Who's the Will Smith here forcing this whole thing to happen?
The reviews are pretty consistent. Interesting concept, but poorly executed. But I still want to see dinosaurs…😅
Let us know what you think!
They don't review they just spoil the movie for you.
But they also review.
Very sad.
The Last of Us...also trash.
We love The Last of Us!
This video 🙄
