I think should consult feng shui before purchasing any property and let’s be it after you purchase a unit so long you feel is comfortable unless you have $$ to spare. My 2 cents
Sean advise on people underestimate time, change with time, like a man in the fifties age group. I am in the sixties and I only discover this quote " time changes things " in the forties, you are mature for your age. I must advise to potential housebuyer out there, be very patient when buying house, especially new development, it is super stressfull.
Nope. It’s not more expensive, just more capital required. In fact, most of the time it would be cheaper because developers load all these freebies into the selling price for new projects.
Figured the answer to the question would be to rent too! Best is to rent a place where the rental is a lot lesser than the mortgage payment so you feel like you're getting a good deal lol
Im gen z, 24 this year, but i still believe in property investment. Not because of invest property will make me rich rapidly or significantly. But i do know that investment tools have a lot, but which one actually suitable for me now at this stage. 1. As young people i have only a little bit of capital/income, so the payslip actually is my biggest “ticket”, so property investment do let me leverage a lot to accumulate my capital & asset just only using the payslip Yes, i can do other investments such as unit trust, stock market, gold… but these investment tools not suitable for my agr yet, due to my income/money still very a little bit, the result of these investments actually doesn’t worth (unless i invest property & these tools at the same time, instead all in in these investment tools) 2. Buying properties not just because earning this or that, also helping me to hedge against inflation, in this investment actually turn inflation into my friend, not an enemy. Price of Raw material, land, demand keep increasing, the future house will be more expensive, which mean i get into the property investment is only have benefit (if you are ready & stable for invest property) 3. It may be my last resort if anything happens, for example refinance, cuz my parents & friend’s grandparents have been experiencing some hard time, and the properties they bought before really help them (If you bought a valuable location’s property)
Hello Sean, I want to express my gratitude for the consistently valuable information you share - I'm a big fan. I have a specific question about purchasing a property for personal use and would appreciate your insights. Currently, I'm contemplating buying a condominium within the luxury segment with features like private lift lobbies and large balconies in the PJ and KL areas, excluding the KL city centre. The properties I'm considering are The Estate, Aetas Damansara, and Stellar Damansara. Could you provide any recommendations or insights, particularly in the context of the luxury condo market? I would love to hear your thoughts on this! Thanks again
hi sean, side question - is there anything homeowner can do to expedite the vp process by developer? understand that keys are assumed to have been collected 30 days from CCC date. as for my case, it has been 2 months and developer has not given clearance for vp. as you mentioned in the video the waiting time is really frustrating haha thanks in advance!

Hi Sean, wanna do property review for Sunway Avila? Just received my VP after almost 5 years of waiting, lemme know if you’re interested ✌🏻
isn't it more expensive to buy a subsale of a completed project because of the fees? Pros is you get to actually see what you're buying beforehand
