It means their research is doing sufficient and thorough research to pick the potential properties before bulk purchasing it. The fee to join far cap is consider hassle free for u to do such research. Same theory goes to tenant management and renovation. If u have time, u can do it urself. If u think u can earn more with ur extra time, might as well sub to other ppl/agency to do it to achieve cost-effectivenes.

Great video. 1 question: if far cap could get you a discount of 20%, why wouldn't they just buy at discount themselves and flip it to the market and earn the margin. With their amount of cash, they could easily earn tons of money.
U can even demand / nego with developer like ecoworld to custom build industrial factory or warehouse if your company is big enough. They can use your company to market their products. U know, nestle has bought a 10acre warehouse here!
