Nice update to classic Aristocrat pen. Appreciate the insight into how the pen works better with Indian / thinner inks. Thank you for the review.
I've just found your channel and have been really enjoying your videos! I live in Seattle and it's not easy to find good information about Indian pens, though I have several that I really like. I have been making some videos about my Ranga pens recently, but I've just ordered a couple of V'Sign pens and I am always on the lookout for other good quality Indian pens. This Aristocrat looks like it would make a good addition to my desk :-)
@The Wet Pen: Please try Gama pens, ASA Pens, Kanwrite and Airmail pens
@@thinker1680 I have a few Kanwrite pens (2 heritage and a Desire) and they're excellent. I'd love to try ASA and Gama, but the ASA didn't show any availability the last time I looked. I'll have to check again. Thanks for the reminder!
@@thewetpen I enjoy your channel as well. Reg. ASA pens, please do reach out to them, as the site may not reflect the availability correctly. :)
The new Normal Aristocrats worth ₹350 come with changeable nib units. That is screw-in type nib units. You pay ₹350 premium Aristocrat HT model only for two things Acrylic Barrel and piston converter. Rest everything is the exact same. Also, some new nib options are added like EF and BB, which you don't get in normal Aristocrat.
Where does one get them from?
Aristocrat also comes with screw in unit, plastic feeds are well finned which helps to prevent burping so they are better than ebonite feeds in terms utility!
Maybe a new change, the Aristocrat I bought around December -January fron Flipkart has a simple friction fit arrangements
Came here to comment this only. The older models had friction fit nib and feed (and no screw-in unit), while the newer ones have screw-in unit (in which the nib and the feed is friction fit as well - screw-in unit doesn't mean it won't be friction fit.
Can you please suggest where we can buy nibs online for replacing older nibs.
Thank you!
Sir, will this be a better choice or click orion HT will be better in terms of build quality? And looks?
I have click pens..it writes beautiful with waterman ink...i use black ink..
After somedays..the transparent barrel color changes to pale yellow color... i have airmail 70 tm...the transparent ink container changes to paleyellow.. i washed with water but no use.
Sir i am a big fan of your channel showing so many good fountain pen ☺️.
I want to buy a fountain pen around 1000 and need your recommendation. As such 1000 is a great deal of money I want something that is sturdy and can last and nib also smooth.
It would be great if you can recommend me some☺️
airmail 71jt with kanwrite 35 nib and sheaffer No nonsense feed. Should be great in < 700 rupees. Else, Kanwrite desire
@@thinker1680 from where we get sheaffer no nonsense feed?
Hello sir
Can fit Jowo no 6 size nib to the Click Aristocrat HT?
Yes, it will fit
Thanks 👍🏻
I have a perker beta. It's been 5 year's. Now the ink is stuck I can't write what can I do
I have this same pen with acrylic plastic
Dear Pentrove, I have been going crazy for the last week reasearching upon the best fountain pen in the range of Rs. 600-700 that I can buy which will last me a lifetime and with buttery smooth writing. I can't decide between Click Orion with click nib or Kanwrite Desire. Till now I have only used cheap hero pens worth rs. 40 and this is going to be a big(and only for the foreseeable future) investment for me.
Please help me decide between the two. One one hand, its says that click orion has ebonite feed which i think is better? But on the other hand many say Kanwrite's nibs are better than clicks. I just can't decide which one as I have no experience writing with any good fountain. Or is there a better 3rd option??
Please decide for me.
Yes, in most cases kanwrite nibs are better than click, however there is a little inconsistency in both nibs. I feel the writing experience with kanwrite desire is better than click as desire is a-bit more comfortable than click. Also the ink capacity of desire is decent as it uses Kanwrite proprietary converter, which holds more ink than standard converter. Also desire comes in many colours. On the other hand clock Orion comes with standard converter and mostly comes in transparent. Although when Orion is used as an eyedropper pen the ink capacity becomes huge.
So if you want a colourful pen with decent ink capacity and ergonomic design go for Kanwrite Desire 35.
If you want a transparent pen with huge ink capacity go for Orion.
Both come with No 35 nib which can be replaced easily.
Do note one thing when ink level in eyedropper pens is less, the pens tend to burp i.e. the pen can throw a blob of ink on paper.
@@Pentrove thank you. I will go for kanwrite.
#6nib used in this model??
Yes
Is this a medium nib ? Seems quite wet for a fine
This is a Broad nib from Click
Airmail pens are better
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
