He was and thank you, I never knew he passed. Seeing these episodes again makes me nostalgic, I watched these all through high school. Seeing Carrol Shelby makes me smile.
Your shows with all the shelby stuff got me started as a member of SAAC. That was just over 20 years ago, and it has been a blessed ride with all the wonderful friends have made along the way, and all the fantastic cars I have been blessed to be around. Thank You Peter and dearest Tom (RIP)
Gary and Peter, Thank you for the great content. I was lucky enough to attend the Christmas fund raiser the Shelby American Collection in Boulder many years ago. Shelby and the Shelby team attended the fund raiser along with about 300 other fans. Towards the end of the event, I asked Bill Murray if they did well on the fund raising. He said so so. I told him that I would make a very contribution if they let me start the Ken Miles GT40 in the museum. Bill we can't do that because of insurance issues. About 45 minutes later the team at the museum hunted me down and asked if I still wanted start the Miles GT40 and how much would was I willing to spend. I responded with $1,000 for a short run time. They said okay lets do it. They told the remaining people that Miles GT40 was going to be started. Everyone went crazy when the car was started. The "short run time" was 9 seconds which made me laugh and I loved it. The following year, while I was standing in line 3 guys standing in front of me and one of then said "I hope that moron how paid to start the cars will be here tonight" then they all laughed. I tapped him on the shoulder and raised my hands in the air and and said "the moron is here". He was rather short and I'm 6'6" and weight around 250 pounds. He was somewhat scared. Gary, keep up the good work. John Carlo
Probably the best ever Car series and I couldn't wait to see it , every episode was a Mix of Tech, Comedy and Just Real unpredictable Car Guy Television!
These are my favorites as a long time follower of Legendary and Peter. The way Peter built his business is a true inspiration. I would love to see and hear more stories of Ferrari in the 80s and 90s...F40s and F50s. The 993 GT2 story is also fascinating. Great content thanks for sharing.
I sure miss Tom. The two of you together were hilarious. I've watched all 20 years several times thanks to DVR and UA-cam. This was a great show today, you had everything we loved about the show
That was really fun to watch! I used to watch your pops early in my car guy days!! I’m 47 now - I would record his shows on VHS and watch them over and over - lol. Good times!
As a 20 yr old native/indigenous american, i've accidentally discovered this channel, and now i've become a permanent subscriber! You guys just have the Best videos on youtube, educating me alot about Shelby American!💙🏁 as I've been a fan since i was 16 yrs old, Also, I'm very sorry about the tragic passing of tom...😢 And the Ford GT40 is honestly my Car Crush💕🏁 it's such a Pretty car❤✨
GREAT episode,as expected.Peter was on a show YEARS ago.Ton was on the show regularly but Peter had a small spot about restorations if I remember correctly. There was a guy with a beard that was considered the host I guess.Does he remember the name of that show?Thank you.Jon Wood
Great content! I have a request please . Can you get the audio during the podcast or in production to be closer to the volume during UA-cam commercials? I realize this is a silly request but one I think your subscribers/viewers would appreciate. Again great content and I have been a viewer since the Dream Car Garage stuff. Thanks
Ok I’m sold. Watched the show on Speed. It was too short always on late at night or a Sunday. It wasn’t promoted enough! Your father was a awesome car guy. Where’s the show devoted to his first Shelby the Hertz?
I liked Tom a lot too.... but I am a major voice geek, and that spot you played of him doing that Italian accent has him going in and out of that all Willy Nilly
So nice to see Tom again. I was so saddened when the news came of his passing. He was such an enthusiastic soul.
He was and thank you, I never knew he passed. Seeing these episodes again makes me nostalgic, I watched these all through high school.
Seeing Carrol Shelby makes me smile.
Awesome to son & father producing a new segment and continuing the legendary legacy 😂
Dream Car Garage was one of my favorite shows ... loved Tom ... miss him on TV as a car guy ... Peter always great.
Hey Thanks Tom, many more of these to come!

I loved watching Dream Car Garage because it seemed very genuine and this episode showed how much fun you guys had filming it.
Phenomenal episode. Love Shelby cars, and dream car garage was a great show, so many interesting cars. Great work, please keep it up!

This was cool. Automotive content of this type was not common back then and DCG was on my must watch list.

Hey thanks I’ll see what we can do!!
Amazing how the new cars are so much faster than the muscle cars we all thought were so fast back in the day.
Ok I’m sold. Watched the show on Speed. It was too short always on late at night or a Sunday. It wasn’t promoted enough! Your father was a awesome car guy. Where’s the show devoted to his first Shelby the Hertz?
Phil, not Bill Remmington? Very entertaining, thanks.
Nice to see "Rem" get a mention though.
Phil's only daughter (Kati) is married to a second cousin of mine.
Thank you.

Why do people have to die? I miss Tom!!
Feels like yesterday when I watched this GT350 eps.. just when I bought my clone with all real Shelby parts.. still have the car 💪👌💙🤍
