i remember back in 2014 my friends and i were obsessed with yung lean and saw him in CT and Brooklyn, two nights in a row. We chilled with him in the parking lot of this shitty CT venue and he signed some kids shoes, who must've been 14 or so at the time (we were all 18, so was Lean). he was so sweet to them & wanted to actually talk to them and give advice. I'll always remember that night.

He's also really rude cuz he keeps interrupting Lean and even switches topics when Lean is in the middle of a sentence telling a story. Idk how Kerwin is in other interviews though cuz this is the only one I've seen

2013, 14, and 15 were the years that I used Yung Lean's music as therapy. I was depressed and had no idea why, just always sad. I turned to Kyoto, Ginseng Strip , etc to get me 'over' the hump. Today, I find myself still sad, maybe depressed, just thinking back to the times when I thought I was at my worst. Little did I know that the worst was yet to come. I still remember going to see lean in Gothenburg.. the day before the concert me and my one friend (both 15 at the time) bumped into him at the supermarket and then spent a couple hours hanging out with him and some friends he was with for lunch.. he really was a wise guy and it was crazy how humble he was and hyped to invite us to get lunch and just talk. He even wipped out his ass and shitted directly on my friends pet hampsters head before eating it and growing a tree with water.
