very intersting video. I measured volatility of demand (sales) but this approach gaves me a better indicateur to complement my bias and FA... Would you mind explaining better how to find the root causes of this volatility ? any examples where volatility is more frequent ? and how to contermeasure them ?

Thanks Kay. Great Question. You can look into major changes in sales pipeline, any major changes to ML model hyperparameters, significant NPI volumes, large changes to macroeconomic drivers, etc., to get a sense of the root causes of demand volatility.
