경기도 광주 타운하우스 거주중인데
경기도 광주 신현리 능평리쪽은 진짜 진짜 잘알아보고 집 들어가셔야해요
건축물관련 서류나 건축주 관련해서두요...
이런거 보고 들어왔다가 날림으로 지은 집 하자때문에 고생중입니다...ㅠㅠ 건축주는 잠수타고 시공사는 나몰라라 하고... 하자 공사 사비로 진행하려고 하는데 이근처 하자나 누수가 워낙 많아서 업체 구하기도 힘들어요...
하자 보증금은 건축 조합으로 넣어둬서 타운하우스 10가구 전부다 하자 잡아야하는데 10가구 합쳐서 2500만원으로 하자 잡아야하구요 이것또한 저 금액이 다 나오는것도 아니구요...저희집은 100만원 안밖이라네여...ㅠㅠ 큰돈 들여서 집사고 하자 관련 수리도 내돈으로하고...
대기업에서 지은 건물 들어가는게 제일 답이에요

집은 자기가 땅사서 건축 공부 좀 하고 시공의뢰 맞기는게 최고입니다. 그들은 내집이 아니라 남의 집지어서 이문남기는 업자라는 점을 필히 인지해야합니다.
제발 집 볼때 외관따지지 마시고 수전이나 전선 오폐수관 지름 구베. 단열재가 어떤게 쓰였는지 벽체곰팡이방지 방수시공됐는지 등등 이런걸 보는 사람들이 많아졌으면 좋겠습니다.

Loved this house. The open space between the dining room and the kitchen are great. I like that the living room is linked to the backyard, that way we have the option of letting more light in. I think that upstairs could have one more balcony in one of the other bedrooms.

So sun filled! I love how much the natural light enters into the house, especially downstairs. The upstairs bedroom could have bigger windows but the owner might have different perspective. Design could be a little homelike but as time passes it will be hopefully. I love the en-suite and washroom design, an outside basin beside the shower area - makes it really handy and beautiful, I loved the idea.

해외 디자이너가 디자인 했다더니 미국에서 20년 넘게 살았는데 미국과 아주 구성이 비슷하여 저런곳이 있다면 진심으로 이주하고 싶군요. 서울하고 가깝지는 않겠지만, 미국 분위기가 나서 정말 마음에 듭니다.
와우 공부할 수 있는게 많아 보이는 인테리어의 집이네요. ㅎㅎ 유투브에서 본 집 영상중에 가장 마음에 드는 집이에요. ㅎㅎ 냉장고 위치만 빼면 완벽하네요. 동네 위치도 좋고! ㅎㅎ

In the first place I thought it was just the prototype of the house being shown. But when I saw the camera man on the mirror, I just like woahhhhh! It's real boi. This house is pretty majestic, relaxing and I think it's kinda peaceful because of that plant inside the house. Cool!
