Great videos, I just discovered your channel few days ago and already learned so much! I was wondering if you ever listened to choir boy, it seems like you might enjoy, judging on your content and music bands that you reference! I would be interested to see you try to create something inspired by him. I’m playing guitar but want to start writing and producing, on my list of things to buy I have Arturia minilab 3, minifuse which is their interface so I can plug guitar and the keys. Do you have any recommendations for a budget headphones and mics around 200/250€ for both? Thanks again and looking to seeing more of your streams!
That’s awesome! Thank you so much for watching, by the way! The Shure KSM27 is a good versatile mic guitars and vocals and in your budget. Also, Audio Technica ATH M50x are great and affordable headphones. I use those to record and mix!
Great video. And great channel. Have a home studio myself and a challenge is the acoustics in the room. See you using the Shure SM7B here. Do you use a Cloudlifter for this? Can you also tell us a bit about the effects chain you use on the vocals when you record. And... I'd say this sounds like an indie pop/rock song.
Thank you! No I do not use a cloud filter. My usual effects chain is compression, EQ, Saturation and depending on the genre, I’ll use reverb and or ping pong delay. Sometimes I’ll even throw in a tremolo effect. Thank you for watching!
So cool watching the whole process, cool video buddy 👍🏻
Thank you so much!

Sounds like Phoenix.
Sorry I missed the live, so I stopped in for the replay. Catchy track.
No worries! Catch the next one! I plan to do more Live Streams now that I figured out the audio delay situation when recording. I appreciate you!🙏🏻
