Shane was born for the screen. She's an exceptional actress. The same goes to Alice, what a fun character. I'd love to see more of these actresses.
Shane’s most emotionally mature relationships tend to emerge out of a slow burn (Molly!!) because that’s when she’s comfortable enough to care, put her heart on the line …! All her relationships that begin hot usually end up igniting fears of the partner wanting more than she give. Tess is very emotionally astute and direct in communication.

People keep talking about wanting her to get back with Carmen but I’ve never seen Shane this “in” before. She’s nuts about that girl. Those lapels are crazy. Especially when the shirt went red satin. I was “where did you come up with this? Boogie Nights?” Lol it’s not that bad when you put it next to Alice and the plastic suits though. I’ve never understood sequins but I’ve come to realize Tess looks good in anything

I didn't like Carmen at all with Shane. Overly girly in a boring way. And she broke Jenny and bullied Max and mentioned that "Max transition cutting of tits" and that made Dana storm out of that bar and later lying on the couch sick. I hated Carmen

I mean they were toxic & Shane / Carmen deserved better but god damn they were .... hot.
I like the new Shane but I wish they give more time to her and Tess. They're mature, no drama but at the same time they could be more involved guiding the younger members of the group, I don't know. I just feel that their story is not central enough to the description of the whole group. I understand that the show is aimed at a younger audience but I can see them as the emotional center for the group. At this moment, we only see bits and pieces but I hope that the third season takes more advantage of their experienced artistic talent giving them a more central role in the story of this group of lesbian/trans friends. Just my two cents.
