There are other countries at NIKE outlets that shoes were displayed on top of the boxes like for example in China. There's a section in the outlet. I guess you haven't seen it.

Check out the Sun & Sands Sports Outlet in Al Quoz Dubai! Has a Nike Outlet in it too. This is my favorite spot of them all.
