Hannah Evans LA is crazy expensive, and I'm from Miami (another crazily expensive place). Her place is very nice, but it's not blow you out of the water nice (although it does have a great view). That apt in mid tier US cities (Phoenix, Orlando, Cleveland etc..) would be probably around 2k, and she's probably paying close to 5k in LA.
I know exactly how you feel! four to five months ago I moved away from Finland, where I have lived for 20 years, to Denmark to study in a university and I thought it would be easy to leave. And when the day came, I barely cried - my mom wasnt there because she had to be at work, but my sister and dad were there to say bye. The first month was super easy and i was excited, but then my family came to visit me and i started realising how much I miss them, especially my little brother. They were in Denmark for two days (TWO DAYS!) and it was not enough at all. And the day they left, I cried for five straight hours to my best friend (she is Danish so she is there for me so I dont have to miss my parents and family all the time), and she said that it is heartbreaking for her to see me so sad. When it was fathers' day, I travelled back to finland to surprise bunch of relatives, and had to leave after three days. I cried so bad that day that my face was numb for hours. My best friend was there for me to cheer me up with bunch of KPOP stuff. I realised after a while that I have only some weeks left and it would be christmas and i'd get to go home again for a month or so. And I know this will be the best time I'll have but also, I will be sad once I need to return to school life in another country. I miss my mom every day. I miss my brothers and my sister and i miss my dad, and it feels like when they see me, theyve missed me a lot too. Im back in finland now, and soon my little brother will go to army. I will be here to bid a farewell to him but it will be sad to let him go like that. He is stil my baby. :/ P.S. It is sometimes hard in Denmark, as I dont really understand the language that well, but if I had not gone there, i wouldnt be studying Korean and would just sit still and get bored at home. It will turn out well.

Do you remember Harold and the purple crayon?? he lived in this blank canvas, whatever he needed for the situation he was in... he drew it, go about your life and when you find yourself needing something, draw it... no I'm kidding, just make a mental note of what it is and how you want it to look like according to your style and needs, then go and get it, a lot less overwhelming that way, also you won't end up with a bunch of things you think you need, but you don't really. ;) Welcome to adulthood also realize, in your mind you have been here for a while. lots of love from all of us.
for future trips especially for groceries I recommend getting like a little cart, like the ones ppl take to the flee market and just put all your stuff there as many as you can fit and it saves time!! trust me, been there and it was such a pain in the ass until I bought myself one of those lol

+Dan Ocarnol there is nothing that great about LA, most parts of it are actually really trashy, I live not to far away from LA I live in fullerton and whenever someone comes here from a different state they always say they are in La and it's like no your not in LA your in Fullerton (Anaheim)

They don't have the same office thing. If you're talking about their old house WHICH JESSE OWNS, that's not in LA. It's also not modern like this.

Lilly don't worry I think you are getting climate change pimples it also happened to me when I moves from U.S to Costa Rica because your body is used to ne there certain amount of days not for the rest of your life but then it stops appearing

Ahh Lilly this vlog made me feel some type of way, I was totally right there with you when you were exhausted from shopping and figuring out what to do first. I had to go through the same thing a year ago! I just got through it by making lists and prioritizing what to do first, second etc etc..
