Hey mate, I'm not sure if your coach addressed it with you, but I noticed on the overhead shot especially your left hand and arm kinks outwards on your reach/start of glide rather than going straight out in front. Maybe a technique thing or arm/shoulder mobility to work on #sub54

Yea thats true. My left arm goes outwards before the catch sets in. Also something im working on 😬
