Sir. Namaskar. I heard your video fully which is very useful for retired employees. I am a read person from BSP Bhilay in the year 2008. Till last year I paid premium thro SBI collect which is very to pay from anywhere in world. Actually at present I am in USA with our children. I cannot return till 6 months. So I tried to pay premium through MDs site. But the site is not opening Hence immediately requested in India and paid the same. Even then as so many people are residing here of SAIL organ. I request you to pl arrange a site or any kind of way thro which people who are in out side India can pay easily. Thank you.

If Transaction Status showing FAIL then the deducted amount will be refunded within 2-3 days. Then try to pay again for the SUCCESS transaction.
Spouse এর date of birth ভুল থাকলে কিভাবে ঠিক করা যাবে।
@@achintyamaji4150 না এখন কিছু করা যাবে না, renewal process/ period শেষ হলে আলাদাকরে ডকুমেন্ট দিয়ে Nodal অফিসারের কাছে apply করতে হবে।

Recently i have got my mother's mediclaim renewed. An amount of 9078 debited. But, the receipt shows the category to be Sail Medclaim (Both) in place of Sail Mediclaim (spouse) . What should I do now?

Only your payment accepted from sail database. This year you can't do anything. I think there were both names and had to delete expired mem name or data and you didn't .

I think if you have done transaction through credit card then bank deducts extra amount for card usage...

If sir spouse is no more alive and does not have aadhar card but family member who is using the mediclaim is alive then how to proceed because aadhar card is showing as mandatory
After logging in you should delete the expired person name and put only the pan number and aadhaar number of alive person, that's all. If facing more problems may call me on 9474187519.

Yes, from outside India it will be not worked, the site is not world wide.

Please put the number of PAN and Aadhaar in the column specified at the top of documents upload box. If you are putting only the number of what you are want to upload than you will get error message repeatedly. One thing more please delete history first from your browser. And try. Thanks for choosing Eduhelpdurgapur.

Physically contact your concerned nodal officer. It will be alright for you.

My elder brother worked for SAIL, he is now 80 Years old, he is very much confused what to do, previous years he personally visited sbi and make payment by challan. Now he have make payment through online. He is not comfort in online paymentand never done it. Now his mobile no is not recorded. Please advise and help us. Many thanks.
You have to meet nodal officer of plant physically, they will help you by registering your new mobile number.

My father has mistakenly written wrong date of birth of my mother, now this time when i am writing the correct date of birth and uploading Pan details, it is showing error. I stay in UK so unable to connect in the toll free number. I have done email today but I am because now time is less. Can you know any mobile number i can contact to.
Don't write correct date of birth, write privious date of birth and proceed.

If your said card has not permission for e-commerce then the online payment will be declined. Try with another card.

I think you are the website address wrongly, as because when I am trying it is working alright.
