You both are so knowledgeable. I have a defined root, solar plexus, sacral and throat. I have a 4/6 profile and I think I have the 22/12 , 39/55 and 9/52 channels. So far you have been so informative about the parts you have videos of in my chart. I really look forward to when you guys have a beautiful library. I know its coming! I have an Undefined Root Center, but I've been with someone who has a Defined Root Center for almost 10 years. Before I was with them I didn't feel any pressure to do anything, but now I feel pressure all the time to complete or at least work towards multiple things a day. I'm glad I'm accomplishing so much, but I always feel this low-level anxiety. I'm an Emo Manifesting Generator.
Open root here, just sitting here knitting . . . Suddenly you start talking pressure to do at the beginning of this video, and it is stressing me out! I feel so guilty about all of these things I am not doing now that you mention them.
