Ferrari is as fast in the straight u can see that the gap stopped opening once they both got on the throttle for a while, meaning they have the same top speed, max just had better exits.
You only see Leclerc "lose" on exit because he only got close by gaining on entry where Max "lost" on entry, so in the end the difference isn't massive, they both lose in opposites and so the gap doesn't change
Basically it is now com8ng down to the straights........good improvemnt from last year.......hopefully second half of the season will be competitive...
@Fiasco3 Max brakes earlier to get a good exit. It's a different racing style, that's why the Ferrari looks faster in the corners but isn't. Not saying that the redbull isn't faster on straights.
Its really not the straights. Is more the different racing style. Leclerc for example breaks later and has a higher minimum speed than Max does. Max in general always prefers to brake earlier and fast exit out, which gets him a better release on the straight
Leclerc lines are clearly shittier. Data shows his corners are regularly a lot longer than Maxes, meaning Leclerc spends literally more time cornering and less time under full throttle on the straight. Max techniques is just way superior on most tracks of the calendar. and it also helps massively in terms of tire degradation. Everyone knows how great of a tire manager Checo is and has always been during his F1 career, but Max proves himself a lot better in that regard even than Checo. Leclerc is nowhere close to that level.
So basicaly Max drives better thats the difference. MAX breaks early and has much better exit from ewery corner, and that makes the little time diference. Ferrari is on pair with RB car but ferrari drivers are not with Max cause he is king.

Nêh...Max brakes earlier, but also steps on the gas earlier.
Keep in mind that even in qualifying, he's managing his tires.
Sure, Ferrari has a great top speed, in qualifying, but their race pace just lags behind.
no that's Max his driving style
nahh max just drives slow in fast out, better exit means he can get on the trottle faster thats it. The ferrari is just a fast as the red bull on the straights
Ferrari is as fast in the straight u can see that the gap stopped opening once they both got on the throttle for a while, meaning they have the same top speed, max just had better exits.
Identical speeds on the straight.
337.
Try harder.
Corner Entry Ferrari Wins Corner Exit Ferrari Lose
No, top speed and better traction win
That's purely a driving style choice.
It's a difference in driving style
Corner Exit is what Max ALWAYS FOCUSSES ON…cos you take that speed with you onto the next straight 💪
You only see Leclerc "lose" on exit because he only got close by gaining on entry where Max "lost" on entry, so in the end the difference isn't massive, they both lose in opposites and so the gap doesn't change
The Clerk got beat once again
Basically it is now com8ng down to the straights........good improvemnt from last year.......hopefully second half of the season will be competitive...
If you look at the splits the Ferrari wins every cornering section but gets flogged down the straight each time.
@Fiasco3
Max brakes earlier to get a good exit. It's a different racing style, that's why the Ferrari looks faster in the corners but isn't. Not saying that the redbull isn't faster on straights.
u watched the whole video and thats the conclusion u made?
Its really not the straights. Is more the different racing style. Leclerc for example breaks later and has a higher minimum speed than Max does. Max in general always prefers to brake earlier and fast exit out, which gets him a better release on the straight
LeClerc and the Ferrari take better racing lines and still lose. Welcome to F1.
Leclerc racing lines in this were not better as you can see by some of his exits.
Braking late and giving up the exit before a straight is not the better racing line.
Netflix fan
wtf
