@@herematti Nope, firstly the car doesnt drive It itself. About the tyre saving, is something related to the driver style/strategy. Secondly the driver trave is the key, in Interlagos 2016 Verstappen beat everybody in the rain with a mediocre cara finding grip where nobody could. About the opening gap, that is about the driver consistency because Verstappen can do It even over Perez, that has the same car, and Leclerc, that has a very similar car from Redbull and got a lot of pole but cant beat Verstappen in the race. Senna is an example of that, with the same McLaren he could put 1.5 esconds of gap in the qualification lap over Proost, another World Champion.

If you watch the video again, Max' trademark is braking earlier (and less), taking more speed into the corner, straightning his car earlier and getting on the gas earlier again, If you than realise the Ferrari's have more mechanical grip, the fact Max get out of the corners faster, it all comes clear. It's Max driving style. Besides that, LEC had 23 (!) pole positions already, and converted only 5 (!) of them into a win.

But that's not enough to win a race where tire degradation matters.

Leclerc lines are clearly shittier. Data shows his corners are regularly a lot longer than Maxes, meaning Leclerc spends literally more time cornering and less time under full throttle on the straight. Max techniques is just way superior on most tracks of the calendar. and it also helps massively in terms of tire degradation. Everyone knows how great of a tire manager Checo is and has always been during his F1 career, but Max proves himself a lot better in that regard even than Checo. Leclerc is nowhere close to that level.
