- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit Manipur. "I feel that it is important that PM comes here and listens to people. After all Manipur is a proud state. In this huge tragedy I request Prime Minister to come to Manipur. Come and listen to people of Manipur. It will comfort them. Congress party ready to support anything to improve the situation here," said Gandhi on July 8.

Honestly Manipur is getting too much traction.
