If a lot of companies can't find qualified applicants it's because a lot of companies do not want to provide fair compensation with a livable wage. And toxic work environments doesn't help either. More and more people are working from home and/or became entrepreneurs. This isn't our grandparents workforce any more. 2020 only woke up these underlying factors and moved people into becoming more employment independent and seeking alternative careers or workforce, and I don't blame them.
You make some really good points about the changing work environment, and I think this is only the beginning of that change. 💖
