- SO SEP got another fuel injector testing/matching machine. The Same ASNU Machine we used to test the Bosch fuel injectors in the last video but with a newer power system and some better lighting. ASNU is the only machine I trust for testing/matching injectors and really the only machine worth anything for high flow, Bosch, 1000, 1300, 1500, 1700 or 2200 cc/min fuel injectors.
We use this machine to debunk another lying tuner, who wanted to sell some injectors to his client. This happens WAY more than you'd think; several times a week so that's why we make these videos for the customers. I have a set of 100 lbs SEP Chinas’s in a street car. Reliably makes 550 whp in a low boost turbo 5.3, starts every time, fuel trims are never out of line, plugs look great and consistent. I’ve driven it for over two years to car shows and done tons of highway pulls, and of all the turbo swap problems that have come up, injectors have never been a problem.

Well said.I am the Asnu distributor in Canada and run a fuel Injector service business ,,hands-on for the last 20 yrs.Asnu is the only test bench approved world wide by Robert Bosch GmbH period.

Sold! You got my business, ran these injectors at max pressure, tested shutoff volts and pressure, and still had great matched flow numbers!
Came for the research on a good fuel injector Benchtop tester good to know the limits of the Amazon based testers was looking at.

@@snakeeaterperformance and y’all run a lifetime warranty on your products so I’m not too worried about them breaking. My main concern was blowing my motor because of differentiating fuel amounts going into the cylinder

What’s the lowest voltage these injectors can operate at?
While cranking my car mine seem not want to fire, I shoot a little bit of brake clean down the throat and fires up and it’s good

i have been following this video to see if its worth getting these injectors. But i notice you are deleting the comments to say the injectors are bad. Seems like many have issues with this injector but your not letting the truth come out. I will pass. looks like the same injectors being sold on ebay from china but just branded SEP.
haha yea dude dont buy them. They are trash. They are cheap for a reason. Dont skimp on injectors on a high dollar engine. You will be sorry. Stick to well know brands like bosch siemens deka or similar.

on the low end flow i see the lowest flowing injector is 53cc and the highest is 56. That is a big variance. Probably why you did a quick glance and moved the camera. But if you slow things down you can see the variance better. defiantly over 2 percent variance. Why not show what the calculations were on the screen? Why give the "About" numbers and give the bullshit look afterwards haha. You didnt even enter the values of the high end. You just showed a quick glance at the high end and dumped the results. did not even enter each value. Misleading man. The average person that knows nothing about injectors will believe you but if your educated you can spot the bullshit.
Dead wrong. Go off the bottom of the meniscus for each tube and the range is 53-55 (without any fractions since theres no way you can see that). I’m guessing you’d need to google what variance mean since you are going to compare the highest and lowest and disregard all the middle numbers. Variance is the standard deviation from the midline. The machine calcs that and these were in our spec as advertised. We don’t need to intentionally mislead anyone, we can’t even keep our best selling products in stock for longer than a few days a year as it is so why lie?

@@snakeeaterperformance complete lie. Anyone can see in the video you entered values only for the low flow. Nothing was entered in the high flow. Can clearly see you toggling the tab button in the same low flow field dude. Proof is you did now show the results. You gave an "ABOUT" number and not the actual numbers. Its bull man. The way that asnu software works is you enter the high value in cc and low value in cc. Then it calculates and gives you injector latency, duty at 100 percent and injectors lbs..also tells you the percent of variance and average. You cant fool everyone man sorry. Bosch, siemens deka, ID FIC and all those companies price are higher for a reason. You get exactly what you pay for. That means the injectors will perform all the way down from 8 volts all the way up in the event your battery is low or whatever. Seems like you just target one area which is 3 bar and 13.7v. If thats what you customers like then good but a good injector will perform well in all ranges. Some like to get more out of the injectors at 4 or 5 bar. Are you injectors still dynamically balanced at those ranges at all voltages?
