Hey easy access to remove the oil pan once that subframe is removed.

A pretty crappy situation to have to deal with but it looks like the damage wasn’t too bad. And you’ve convinced me to never change my sway bar!
    Winning!
It’s almost summertime, goat feeding season. 😎 glad to see you getting her ready.

Luckily this was all done months ago, the differential leaking was a last minute thing but I just put those videos up before these upcoming ones since it was at the rear of the car. Funny story about that. It was leaking AGAIN after the spacer kit install. Turns out there was a groove worn in the yoke. Why it wasn't leaking from that spot originally is anyone's guess. So I used a pic tool and pried the seal out of the housing about about 1/16" so that the seal would ride on a different part of the yoke, been dry for about a week and quite a few wot pulls. I did get some clips of that but not sure if I'll do anything with them.
Next one I'll get done will be installing the front sway bar, then one about bolting everything back up. Then headers, FAST102, wideband and oil pressure gauge install. I was going to make some videos about learning how to tune but I didn't have the smoothest journey into that subject so I don't know if I'm going to do that. There are tons of better videos about tuning than I could make anyway.

Oh and also the power steering pressure line started leaking, I guess I cracked it when I was messing with the rack so I'm gonna do a video about stainless braided power steering lines too at some point. I figure I'll add a real cooler too and get it all on the driver's side while I'm at it.

@@evsnova74 my cars down, diff in the shop. My fault. I replaced the axle seals and o rings on the side adjusters. I marked them and put them back close as I could. Drove fine no noises for about 100 miles. Then after I a parked it there was abnormal whining so I pulled it and took it to professional. I hope it just needs adjustment and not new parts.
Is what it is. I miss it so much.
I think my next mods will be a 4l80 swap and yank 4000 stall.
Idk if I want a fast intake. From what I see they are marginal at best over ours and I may go LSA. I’ve got time to decide though.
Are you going to install a gator pod for your gauges? I want an oil pressure gauge. Feels weird to not have one.
How’s your wheel hop now that you’ve got some pulls?

@@evsnova74 I’ll probably follow along at some point.
Oil separator and trans cooler soon too. Have to bulletproof the foundation before the power.

@@Modern-Muscle-PNW I believe I read of your troubles, hope it's not too bad. That would suck. It's not the end of the world though, maybe you can just get a used one off ebay worst case. Then you'll be hoping that one's not trashed so Idk.
I was thinking LSA at some point down the line too. Seems like the most affordable path to boost. Yup I did the gator pod from gtog8ta, but the oil pressure gauge from speedhut/mavman. Wasn't bad to install but the AEM wideband doesn't fit the gator pod at all. I made it work but doesn't look great. Grabbing power, ground and lighting was super easy though.
Most of the wot pulls have been on the highway, 1st gear is too short to get decent data.

Atleast you had an engine hoist... I couldn't get one so I got a giant eye-hook (like what u hang a big porch swing with) and put it in a floor joist above the hood latch and used a long 3" wrachet strap to route around the crank pully and eye hook and straped the engine to the ceiling... I layed there on my back for every bit of 30-45 mins just praying that I wasn't about to die before I finally dropped it and it popped right out clean and I said the same exact thing you said. "Alright theres that... ima get the hell outta here.." and yes u have to almost fully drop the subframe to install a swaybar

I'm not fully convinced that the engine would just drop out of the engine compartment and hit the floor with any serious amount of force with everything still hooked up. I could be wrong but mine was getting caught up on all kinds of stuff. That's not to say some of the components wouldn't get damaged, but that would happen whether I was under it or not lol.
I later learned that about the stabilizer bar install, and even as low as I had it wasn't very easy with a Whiteline bar. I'm just glad it's all over. Now if I could just figure out where this false knock retard is coming from..
