  • Compassionate Options for Pediatric EMS (COPE)
    EMS providers are often the first to comfort shocked and grieving parents of a child victim of fatal trauma or illness in an out-of-hospital (OOH) setting. COPE is a collection of resources that focus on improving interactions with panic-stricken families and self-care strategies for EMS. The sixth video of this six-video series is scenario-based and focuses on family engagement, communication, and transport considerations related to responding to DNR call.
