This is one recipe that I'm going to try and some of your other recipes. I've not been eating very good for a while now I've just had no interest plus the food that is being bought into the house is mostly processed such as Cornish pasties etc which are all well and good but they in my opinion are not sustainable to eat every day. Love your channel.

Thanks for a great weeknight recipe that much of the prep can be done the day before and then you've got dinner in about 30 minutes. Appreciate the trick of adding bicarbonate soda to the beef. I will incorporate that when making beef stroganoff.
ps: everyone should add the chilies to the sauce.

Hi Jack! Thanks to your videos, I‘m planning to buy new kitchen stuff, beginning with pans/woks. 😊 Could you give me some advises? Do you prefer stewing pans over woks because of the steadier heat spread? Which diameter do you use? I saw a 36cm wok with a 22cm base recently in a store, does this make sense? 😂 Material is clear, it‘s obvious that you‘re not a fan of ceramic/PTFE coatings etc. Best regards!
