You're one of the very first perfume reviewers I ever watched; your videos are informative, your fragrances are varied, you're knowledgable and professional, you always include the perfumer whenever possible (that's so IMPORTANT!!), and your descriptions are to the point but expressive. I'm so glad you're back! I LOVE fall and fall fragrances, and you're introducing me to a few I've not heard of. Thanks so much for this!
Issara is indeed one of the best fall fragrances I have smelled, although Erawan is probably my favorite. Since you mentioned Diptyque, Eau Duelle EDT and Tempo are probably my most worn fall fragrances, but Volutes has grown on me over time. While not super high quality, Costume National Homme is imo the perfect late fall early winter casual fragrance, reminds me of chai and raisin buns with a bun of cinnamon and a bit of sandalwood, it's also fairly unisex.
We have similar taste! Issara, Teisenddu, Tardes and Angels’ Share (my SOTD) are all on my fall list. Adding to my fall list: Bois Doré, Musc Ravageur, Narcisse Taiji from Atelier Materi, and Ambre Nuit from Dior.
So looking forward to my warm cozy frags as well as the beast monsters! :) Lavandes Trianon, Milk+, Rosé All Daé, Lira, Dolce Amalfi, Bronze Tonka, Black Orchid, Italica, Sandal Ruby.. Vanille Havane is prob my fave. I tend to mesh this season with winter - it’s colder here than a lot of places - and stretch it as far as I can. Usually through March, when I begin pulling out my winter/spring floral beauties. Our warm months are usually only July/august and then it eases to cool foggy mornings with slightly warm afternoons..
🥰🥰🥰 Perfect timing! Finally went below 70 where I'm at today. 🍁Finally get to wear A*Men. 😁 Loving the attire Tara! Definitely looks like it would fit Nordic Cedar. 🌲 And a superb 10 overall. Fougere d'Argent a lovely and creamy barbershop lavender without the sharpness in Beau de Jour. And Ambre Narguile an autumn staple! We'll be expecting Angels' Share on the winter list. 😉 Ps, John Pegg just released a flanker of Follow called Followed, adding chocolate and caramel. I'd love to get your take on it sometime. 😊
Omg! You like a perfume with mimosa! The Maison Violet has mimosa. It’s 110 here today so it’s hard to think of fall fragrances. Great list though. Thanks.

What an excellent list. I can personally vouch for Iris Empire (thanks to Dr. Rose for sending me decants) and of course watyour video of the CH line. I have two to go and I'll have them all. Fall is my favorite time of year and now I have more fragrances to try. Hermes sounds intriguing and so many others.
I’m not in Autumn but I love all your picks🤩😍👌. I’ve taken notes from your list and plan to sample some where possible😍😍. This was so helpful👌👌. Stay gorgeous🥰🥰.
What a great list! I completely agree about Issara. I've almost used up an 8 ml decant and am about to go for a FB. Can't wait to try some others you've mentioned here!
Im totally looking forward to fall, I love this time of year for fragrances. Cannot wait to wear Elie Saab Amande Tonka, boozy cinnamony tonka which I love. Also Kayali Invite only, for some reason I get a very sexy boozy dark coconut in that scent. Another one is THOO Dates Delight, warm spiced sweet dates. And ofcourse Teissendu! Absolutely love that fragrance.
Autumn is my favorite season too ❤. Not only the fact that I was born in September 😂 but I love everything that comes to it. And of course changing fragrances into warmer and sweeter is always exciting. I am so happy you spoil us with more and more videos these days .❤
Really nice selection! Our tastes are so similar :) and as others have mentioned, I appreciate so much the way you talk about your fragrances and the perfumers behind them! Fall is also my favorite season of all and first and foremost I always get out my Lipstick On from Maison Margiela. That has been my „me in a bottle“ fragrance for many year now and I especially associate it with fall (and since it’s discontinued and I have only one full bottle left, I save it for the fall only) Im also looking forward to wearing Tardes, Baraonda, Feve Deliciouse, L‘air du desert, and trusty old Narciso for Women (the black - it’s such a trench coat scent in my mind :D) I’ve been wanting to try Issara for a while now, think it will make it into my next sample purchase for sure
Thanks for the great reviews! Several sound like fragrances I would like to try. Love autumn! Love Cuir Beluga! Wear it year round, but wear Armani Prive Vert Malachite more in warmer weather.
On this list, i've only tried the Guerlain and the Hermes, but based on your reaction i want to try the Air du Apogee. Thanks for making an interesting and varied list, Tara.
I am so happy that you are uploading again, and a great list for fall! My favourites this fall are Black Saffron from Byredo, Jardins de Misfah from Une Nuit Nomade and Vetiver Tonka from Hermes. Also Scandinavian Crime from Laurent Mazzone is worth checking out imo.
Great list Tara! Would love to try Iris Empire and Issara. I would like to suggest Memo's Winter Palace, despite the name, lol. Also 2 from L'Artisan Parfumeur Noir Exquis and Tea For Two. Kerosene's Broken Theories, too.
I'm newly learning about perfume notes and what notes are in the fragrances I love. It's so fun! I love watching your reviews and I'm learning so much from you, but I have a feeling this new hobby is going to be expensive 😂
I have decants or samples that I can't wait to try with colder weather: Iris Malinkhân (Maison Crivelli), Rosendo Mateu Nº 5, Santal Pao Rosa (Guerlain), Lune Feline (ADO), Black Phantom (Killian), Ani (Nishane), Milk Expressive (Commodity). (Z&V), Jaipur Chai (Ineke) and Angel Muse (Mugler); although some of these would suit winter better 🥴. I really want to try Ambre Narguille, Volutes and the private Collection of CH. Also want to sample Frassai perfumes and Cuir Beluga is calling my name.
I think you are really going to love those samples! I've tried all but one. I want to try the new parfum version of Libre as I do quite enjoy the intense.
Oh my gosh, I love these fragrances and just like you I have an unhealthy obsession with Angel‘s Share and have been on the hunt for similar fragrances (Boucheron Ambre d‘Alexandrie, Oajan, Berdoues Maasai Mara, Soma Halcyon, Ateliers des Ors Rouge Saray, etc.) so please do more videos like this. Oh and nutty fragrances, I am a huge fan of nutty fragrances (Zoologist Chipmunk, Trussardi Passeggiata (not sure how to spell it) .., Hermetica Sandalsun, M.INT Hit the Mark (more chocolatey actually), Bond No 9 New Bond Street, etc.) so if you have more suggestions along those lines please share them. Oh and woody foresty fragrances, oh I could go on, I love them all.

I have a quite large collection of fragrances - but, I don’t have some of the frags you mention in this video. So, I’ll start looking for them!
Hey Tara!! Wondering if you have tried Iris Malikhan by Maison Crivelli. It's is a leather Iris scent something you might like. I tried and loved it even though I am not a fan of leather or iris fragrance.

I just received my Dusita order and Issara is phenomenal!
Yay! So glad you love it, too!
I adore Nordic Cedar! Cedar and cardamom are two of my favorite notes, and they're done so well together in that fragrance.
Completely agree! It's beautiful!
Dusita and Frassai…two of my fave houses 😍😍
Yes! They are both great!
Tara, have you tried Guerlain L’heure Bleu? It seems right up your alley, and it’s perfect for fall!
Looking forward to wearing my Guerlain Angelique Noire again when the weather cools off a bit! It’s still too warm here in Ohio. 🥵
I knew this list was gonna be good when you opened with Volutes! It's very underrated. I love it so much.

Issara is lovely! It's one of my sister's all time favorites. My favorite Dusita fragrance is Moonlight in Changmai.
