Wow I just purchased MFK Oud Satin Mood Extrait and omggggg I’m obsessed. I was determined to buy BR540 and smelled Oud Satin Mood and it was me in a bottle. Couldn’t believe I’ve never tried it before. We have the same taste in fragrances. So glad I found your channel in my suggestions.
You definitely have some bangers on this video. I still can’t wear my black Opium on its own because it was my signature scent a few years back but I’m trying to get back into it. I fall out of love sometimes 😞. Oud satin mood extrait is my #1 on my wishlist right now.

Gentle Fluidity Gold smells nice, but it makes me think of grape candy for some strange reason. My favorite MFK is Grand Soir. It is the ultimate amber vanilla. ❤️

Angélique Noire is incredible. I agree that the opening is so very green. But then it dissipates and the vanilla takes over. It's so beautiful! I got a 50 ml decant, if I manage to finish it, I'll get a bottle.

How would you describe the scent of Gentle fluidity gold?
@@RachelDaSilva a very soft, slightly powdery vanilla. doesnt smell artificial at all. I feel like it's very angelic and delicate. its not a srtrong scent, but it's beautiful.

I've had YSL Black Opium in my cart forever and I think it's time I just bite the bullet and try it already!
If you like Oud Satin Mood a great dupe for it is Nina Richie L’Extrase Rose Absolute the one in the black bottle. It was also created by Francis Kurdjian and its extremely similar but much cheaper. Fantastic fragrance. I own both and find the dupe to be more wearable.

I don't have anything too fancy... But I love Sofia by Sofia Vergara, Valentino Donna, and D&G The Only One Intense for winter. ❄️ I also wear Versace Vanitas in the fall because it has a way of smelling more woody in the crisp air than during the summer. 🍂 If I'm going out at night in the fall I'll wear Gucci Guilty or JHAG Lady Vengeance with my leather jacket. And for Christmas time, I love to wear one of my absolute favorites... Dior Pure Poison! 🤗🎄

Thanks for watching hun!! :) I need to try love dont be shy extreme. Wasn't a huge fan of the original love dont be shy! I mean it smelled nice, but I think I had HIGH expectations since its rumoured to be what Rihanna wears! Lol
y'all need to try intense cafe by montale, its a better version of gentle fluidity gold in my opinion, they smell very similar but the coffee note in intense cafe gives it that extra comething that gnelte fluidity is missing in my opinion, and its cheaper.
Black Opium is always my go-to 🥰 my bf also loves it on me haha - smells of sweet popcorn!

I love the Vanilla Bourbon fragrance from Target! I have a few of the others from that line and VB is the best!

I used to love Black Opium. My first love was La Vie est Belle and my second love Black Opium. However, at this moment, I cannot stand the scent anymore. It gives me nausea and a headache, even though I love strong scents. It’s just sickenly sweet to my nose now
I feel the exact same way you do about fall. My mom only had 3 kids born in September, October, and November being me. Just turn 26 November 10th. Though I don't celebrate birthdays, fall just vibes with me.

Girl me either!! Until I started following perfume tiktokers and i noticed the black opium slander lol. It was one of my first perfumes I bought when starting my collection and I personally LOVE it till this day!
I also love Fall. Maybe even winter (as long as I’m not knee deep shoveling snow lol). Not too fond of Spring or Summer.

I wish I liked ‘71 from SDJ, it has everything I love 😩 but it was a headache inducing toasted coconut on me. I gave it to my mom and it’s her favorite, it smells like a caramel and white chocolate cookie on her 😍 she’s had a lot of people at work follow her just to smell her and ask what’s she’s wearing 😂

Love satin mood oud
I bought black opium and got so dissapointed, I use it but on me its just sugared coffee and not in a nice way! I guess only a few are lucky to pull it off, on me i hate it, so generic, and I wanted to love it :(

Base off your collection - You might enjoy Jo Malone's Vanilla & Anise - its in their archive collection. Its so good!

You need to try Dua's dupe for Lost Cherry, it's called Popped Cherry and it's an exact dupe and lasts forever!
Okay I’ve got to try that one! I feel like I have to overspray the alt fragrances one and it may be a TAD bit fruitier Than the original lost cherry but still smells extremely similar if not almost the same to my nose! I’d say maybe a 95% dupe? Lost cherry has a smoky/woody essence to me that makes me really love it with the cherry notes!
the notes for black opium in the video are actually the notes for the new black opium extreme which smells like coffee and dark chocolate while the original is a little more sweet
Oh I grabbed the notes off of fragrantica so I might have stumbled across the wrong black opium! Lol

To me, Oud Satim Mood Extrait is even better than EDP.
I will have to get my hands on the extrait version! I didn't think there as a huge difference between Baccarat Rouge 540 EDP and the extrait version so hoping Oud Satin Mood Extrait is really different!
@@StephiNguyen it's similar, of course..but to me, it's more vanilla based...more warm and more smooth. The edp is a tad bit "hairspray" like (scent wise) to me...even thoI like it but extrait is amazing. Of course, tastes are subjective and they differ :)

Lol I didn't understand the hate for Black Opium either. I smelled it on the paper at Ulta and loved it. I purchased it and then sprayed it on. I got about a mile down the road before I turned back around and returned it. Lol I just couldn't take the scent. It was awful to me. Not basic but awful. Never again lol.

Libre smells like men's cologne actually
I get a ton of compliments on it. It just depends on how your body chemistry mixes with it too. It definitely leans towards the more masculine side but is for sure marketed as a female fragrance.
Lavander shaving cream to me , doesn’t lean too masculine just a boss woman.
