That's exactly would happen to my to tahoe thanks so much for putting out this great video because the dealership is out to screw everyone we have to come together and have each other's back your video was great absolutely 100% thank you
Dude! You're amazing! I had resealed the sharkfin antenna and must have knocked this tube loose because the leak was 10x worse. I watched your video and 10 minutes later problem fixed (fingers crossed).
I had same issue on driver side. My tube was black. That tube is plastic and i hear shrinks over time. Putting it back in there may cause problem to happen again. Its recommended to somehow extend or use a silicone to prevent disconnect in the future. My tube was so short, i couldnt put it right back in so maybe you will be fine since you didnt have any trouble reconnecting it. Thanks for your video.
Thanks JR. I don't think mine had ever been connected, the brown hose connector was on the hose but not connected to the drain spout. Took about 20 mins. to take apart and put back together. Shop would've charged an arm and a leg, because of the airbag I'm sure.
@@jrphillips1098 passenger side is draining fine. Driver side has the same drain hole and no tube attached so water is going down a pillar inside truck
6 years later and this was still super helpful. Thank you for sharing this super simple fix.

My water is coming through the light .. any suggestions?
@@muddbabyproductions9795 you should watch the video. I'm sure the drain hose isn't connected and the drain has some debris in it.
Charles Heflin thank you
Samething with my rear tubes. I think the guys who did my headliner did put them on tight.
Visor has 3 T15 torx screws.
My driver side is leaking. Do you have the same tube on the driver side? It looks like mine is missing completely.
I think there’s only 1 drain if I remember correctly . Is the drain on the passenger side allowing water to come out?
