Actually Sheldon never really called Penny the devil because that part is your part in saying that
Belle Holland In the Garden of Eden story, the devil is the snake in the Garden. When Adam and Eve do what the snake said, they get kicked out of the Garden, the most perfect, happy place in the world. Sheldon's mom is religious, so he knows the story. He pretty much called Penny the devil.

It's not because she's literally satanic. Sheldon's calling Penny the Devil because she's the one who is foiling the moving situation, which can pretty much be considered a detrimental and really bad action
Only issue here is that the Bible never refers to the snake in the garden of Eden as the devil.
Also, what did the snake day that was untrue?
And when I say "only", I'm obviously ignoring a lot of the problems with the genesis story.

I love how Leonard wasn't really at fault because she was too much of a coward to let him know how she feels, but instead the girls are right and they are wrong
she just wanted to avoid hurting his feeling how is that wrong? Lenard can be a bit needy and clingy.

Amy is right for being mad at Sheldon, but Penny and Leonard were both wrong; Leonard was wrong for moving in without asking her first and Penny was wrong for not being honest and then feeling entitled to be mad at Leonard afterwords.
With girls you always wrong and its not the way you say it or do it it’s the way they thought about it .

Not true at all. There were other women throughout the series who expressed interest in Sheldon. There was Lalita Gupta, whom Sheldon won over by complimenting her. There was that girl Martha from the night Sheldon was Raj's wingman (when Sheldon said "time for bed," she clearly thought he meant something more intimate). There was Vanessa Bennett, the woman who showed up at the apartment with the puzzle solved, but Sheldon turned her away because she missed the deadline. And lastly, let's not forget Ramona Nowitzki, who not only helped Sheldon reach a breakthrough in his work early in the series (before Amy was introduced), but was sent away by Sheldon when she asked him to share credit, she also drove Sheldon to propose to Amy when she kissed him while Amy was away at Princeton. Had there been no mitigating circumstances with these women, had Amy never been introduced, and/or had they been as persistent and patient as Amy, they could've just as easily ended up being romantically involved with, and eventually married to him.
No one is going to mention that Leonard did in fact ask Penny if she has anything against him moving in & she didn't say a single word about not wanting to, while she blames Leonard here for not asking her before he moved in? No one? Okay imma leave..

I hate how penny called Leonard a jerk for moving in with her while she leached on him for years while when he actually needed her support and asked her can he live with her, she said yes just change her mind and call him a jerk
