If Neptunez wants to be real lets be real: If exploiting was perma bannable then most players in BlackRose and Barcode would be banned. If people who paid pilots to play for them were banned, every top siege guild would be crushed because the players in them would be single digits.
I've played tamer for 7ys and I can def say the buffs were amazing. 100% still not as op as before, but the movement protection is fantastic. I can see them nerfing it by raising the stamina cost up by 25 or 50
Tamer deals totally "ok" damage to him. Just meta classes can be surprised, but for normally balanced classes this is just the daily bread of damage taken. The tamer at least deal damage, some other classes usually cannot even "touch" meta. 🙂 This game is so unbalanced in terms of stat scaling. The best gear upgrade post-700gs is to swap to one of 6-7? meta classes.
That actually is really true, and I've been driven to the point of actually doing just that do I can stand a chance against meta classes. Also ever since the Sage buffs, people seem to have been no braining him and getting massive kills by using 1-3 skills. Tamer I'd say is in a good position in terms of more movement but still not up there with Metas. Striker, Musa, Zerker, Warrior, Dark Knight, and Maegu(until she is nerfed to the bone finally) are some Metas that people love abusing and can get away with murder with little to no effort. I wish I had the confidence to play a meta class. But all of the Metas I don't enjoy playing, they all feel weird to play.

And to be honest, full-protection classes/movements without any punishable gaps are more than an issue, it is a much bigger issue than the stat scaling unbalance imo (which is also related to the PvE performance of each class). I play the game from its release in the EU without a single re-roll. I play the same class for PvE as well. I enjoy playing what I like over what should I play - how the game tries to treat us. My class performed always averagely or under average and it's sometimes sad to look back to that many hours spent grinding and imagine if I play meta class all the time, I could be a 20 more gear score. The game presents itself as character/class progression where you have to master your class, but in reality, it is so untrue - reroll to meta is the way to progress and how to feed the dev's wallets. 🙂
@ LOL that's funny because it's true. I use to main Tamer for months back when I was new to the game and before the class rework in December. Before the rework, Tamer's PvE damage was horrible, and I mean HORRIBLE. I had her at over 1.6k SP and had an Awakening Lahn Tagged with like 200sp because I only used the Lahn to get into hard to reach places. At the time I was Narchillian and it was during Oasis but I didn't know about Oasis gear. But I can definitely say that I could do Pila Ku Jail or Sulfur Mines as my 1.6k SP Tamer and had to do full combos to kill groups of monsters. And then someone told me Tamer is a bad class and I should reroll and might as well main my Tag and trash the Tamer. I didn't want to believe them. I couldn't believe them. But I was curious one day. I took my 200sp Lahn who shared the same gear as me...and she could 1 shot Sulfur mobs with 1 skill. I was in such disbelief. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. And at the time, Awakening Lahn was a meta so of course she was OP in PvPvE. But I didn't like the way she felt, she was too easy and felt like her damage VS. the amount of skill needed to use her was very low. So I got rid of my Tamer and threw my Lahn away as well. I think I started maining Nova right after I didn't tag anyone else since I liked Nova so much. But it was sad that I had to throw my Tamer to the side because she was horrible, but I loved her play style. But I got tired of people laughing at me using her in PvE and out grinding me or grinding over me because she had horrible mobility, weak skills, and if I tried to PvP(which at the time I didn't since I was newish) I'm sure I would have easily been melted. lol

She was far from the worst even before the reworks and back then 1.6 sp especially on tamer just says you haven't played long and so it is entirely a skill issue. I don't know how you can struggle at sulphur on any class. If you had enough ap to 1 shot them on Lahn you definitely did on tamer given her damage scales better. Lahn was superior at high end back then for entirely other reasons. I don't know what the point of this post was but tldr Tamer wasn't terrible pre-rework in PVE you simply didn't know how to play her and post rework succ tamer is arguably S tier in the vast majority of spots. To put that in perspective I don't even know if I'd put lahn in A tier anymore.
There is no argument that Cho doesn't have dominant gear, but if you sippin on the deludium so much you think that's all that separates them from other guild's you are out your mind.

You're not supposed to SA trade because trading involves you hitting me and I hitting you at the same time. The difference is tamer just literally needs to play around pet, , grab with very little gaps (now none) in between. Now classes like mines with no grab just suffer even more. Truth be told I wouldn't be so jaded about this if only the grab from ranger and tamer weren't unreactable and had proper animations so we can actually see when the grab attempt or whiff to punish.

It hard limits how many new players the game gets and when things start to fall off the game will die real fast. It's very reasonable to say it should take 6 months to a year to be near gear cap even for an average player. What's fun about gearchecking people anyway? If you're a new player and you finally get yourself to 700gs these days its not even a milestone because you're still gonna get gear checked a high majority of the time. Capping more nodes is just more proof that PA are starting to realize this themselves.

Not really true. Tamer can't take hits and she doesn't always have an up like sorc. You aren't pressuring her right or its just a bad matchup for your class.

Not to mention that was 80% of succs movement, having an unavoidable gap on a PURE MOVEMENT skill when everyone else has fully protected movement, some of which has CC built in, is bullshit. It was a necessary change. If you're going to complain about something then complain about adding to the jump of skyreach as that may not have been necessary. Either way sorc still wins in the majority of cases. Sorc damage is ridiculous these days. She has FAR better protected damage, overall more survivability, can deal with evasion better and and can tank more direct damage. Tamer is also still heavily FG based. You can simply outplay her if you know how she works, awa sorc in particular at this point its just luck if you land a cc. Oh and as far as having a grab goes, all of her other CCs are very difficult to use or outright unprotected. Saying she's a sorc with a grab just sounds like a skill issue on your end, if you properly bait and avoid the grab she's going to have a very hard time catching most classes.

I am a tamer main and I can confidently say she is amazing right now. She is easily among top 5 1v1 classes. If people are still unhappy about tamers pvp then I don't know what to say.

This is how you know BDO players are mentally ill. A class that didn't get any meaningful dmg buffs, all it got was 2 mobility skills buffed and its evasion protection buffed; and all of a sudden, everyone is saying "THIS CLASS DOES SO MUCH DAMAGE!" Delusional!
Adding on to that, the changes to tamer buffed the the only thing they were leaving, survivability. They also seem to have made the class a bit easier to play And then there is the dog riding glitch where you are basically invincible...

It's still the only class which got more mechanics added in its rework rather than dumbing them down like every other class. And riding heilang isn't a bug, its an intended effect with a 10m cooldown. All you need to do is use your 10% and its a guaranteed kill on her. Kinda amazes me that people still haven't figured that out. Also technically she didn't get these buffs without some nerfs. She lost a cancel and she has much higher stamina costs.

And damage increased on 1 skill that is useless and is mainly used as a FG since Succession has none and she got another damage nerf on her dash skill by 50% in PvP but it does more damage in PvE now. So if you think about it, she got a balance of nerfs and buffs. While some classes like Guardian for example got massive buffs during the class adjustments. lol
They abuse every little thing to get an advantage. So even if it’s capped gear they will still have the best min max green gear and accessories and the best elixirs buffs that aren’t capped. Not to mention there comp of pure meta classes, because god forbid they play something unique. They sweat so hard that I’m surprised there houses don’t have water damage lmao.

Right now with Digi coming in real close, it will probably not be long. One of the big advantages is Cho has a lot of very long term vets that are extremely good at the game solely because they're seen as the final stepping stone for a siege guild. Problem is nobody wants to fight them more often than not so they just get zerged off nodes whenever possible cause it ain't fun fighting them. With capped though and people beginning to smarten up on how Cho fights, their comp and how they play, the gap grows smaller by the week...
Tamer was playable but I would not say OP. To compare with the Kuno and ninja (no FG when push back), those hard to play but also have completely hidden skills rotation. So glad Tamer more close the top tier list.

@@FeatherMelody Tamer got movement buff and Stamina nerf. And damage increased on 1 skill that is useless and is mainly used as a FG since Succession has none and she got another damage nerf on her dash skill by 50% in PvP but it does more damage in PvE now. So if you think about it, she got a balance of nerfs and buffs. While some classes like Guardian for example got massive buffs during the class adjustments. lol

They abuse every little thing to get an advantage. So even if it’s capped gear they will still have the best min max green gear and accessories and the best elixirs buffs that aren’t capped. Not to mention there comp of pure meta classes, because god forbid they play something unique. They sweat so hard that I’m surprised there houses don’t have water damage lmao.

Right now with Digi coming in real close, it will probably not be long. One of the big advantages is Cho has a lot of very long term vets that are extremely good at the game solely because they're seen as the final stepping stone for a siege guild. Problem is nobody wants to fight them more often than not so they just get zerged off nodes whenever possible cause it ain't fun fighting them.
With capped though and people beginning to smarten up on how Cho fights, their comp and how they play, the gap grows smaller by the week...

Tamer was always OP but no one play with her because its hard , now she is a monster
she was almost unplayable after reworks for 6 months then they started to give her meaningful buffs and now she is totally amazing.
tbf he gave the tamer his back in mele range, any class will kill an archer in tht scenario with free backies
Tamer was playable but I would not say OP. To compare with the Kuno and ninja (no FG when push back), those hard to play but also have completely hidden skills rotation. So glad Tamer more close the top tier list.
