If the truck was that close and the camera makes appear farther away then they are. Then he was tailgating that truck. He shouldn't have been lane splitting because there isn't enough room, which was proved by him hitting that car.
Filtering isn't a 'right'. If there's room filter but everyone else isn't under the obligation to constantly look out for people who chose not to stay in lane or even move out of the way.

What is it with motorcycles and roundabouts? I see so many motorcycle clips of a rider pissed at a car/truck when they actually enter the round about after the other vehicle. 3:46 The truck is already up to the dashed white line. The motorcycle is behind the solid white line. Ninja300 smh.
Bikers need to learn that cars don't have to give them way when they are lane splitting through traffic, they don't have to move because you think you have the right of way
