Reminds me of the Diatone stacks we used to be able to buy for about $46 ! Those good ole days are almost back! Way to go Speedee Bee 🐝 ... Nice to have quality stacks for what are now low, low, prices. 😎🤘💯

Right on! Mamba stacks really kept a lot of us including me flying for a few years. Glad to see someone is picking up where we left off.
13 5" Quads, first eight with Diatone, last five with Speedybee F405 V3 30x30 and i must say, no issues and as good or better than Diatone F405 MK's. Speedybee is killing it with the $60 stacks, big props to Speedybee.
I have SB F405 mini in a Flyfishrc Volador x3 & a SB F7 mini in my Grinderino. I 💯% love what there doing 🔥
I got 3 drones using the speedy bee f7 35amp stack. They are great, and i am loving the flight. Also, their customer service is amazing. I have an issue, my fault, and they gave me a huge discount to buy another. Do not hesitate if you're considering speedy bee.

@JonE5FPV I am running the stacks on both 4s and 6s. The 6s was much easier to tune than i thought because I had a zeus 45amp on 6s and the tuning was impossible.
I love speedybee, I had the f7 mini stack as my first drone build and I don’t have a laptop but I use the app on my phone and I did everything on my phone, thru a app!! That crazy and it flew so great and now I’m hook to speedyBee stacks that all I have in my quads now
I have the old CLRacing F4 mini on my racers, and man it just flies so well compared to any of the F7's I have tried. And it was $30 LOL. Good to see more affordable options out there now.
I've had okay luck with a few speedybee products. v2 30x30 stack in an open class 6s racer, v3 30mm fc in a street league quad. Had their v3 esc blow up on me on the first flight, but i think that was unsupported hardware in blheli32 and I want to say they fixed it in 32.9.
I'd try this for a smaller drone as you say.
The V3 works fine. Had two F745 AIO boards and both have different types of hardware issues / defects.

I bought the F405 stack and I had a bad crash on gravel and the esc 1 was dead; I didn't have any burn fets or anything, just stopped working. the flight controller survived. I am going to buy this for my 3-inch build because I bought 2 aio F722 by Mamba and for some reason one both are DOA, One has a bad esc never flown and the other has a weird buzzing and doesn't start up. as well as buying a BetaFPV F405 aio being a doa but they are actually refunding my money so I am going to try this for my 3 inche since, I haven't had luck on the AIO boards.
My main freestyle quad has been a 5" with 35A fettec ESC for about 2 years, so 35 is enough I guess?
It is for sure, but also has to do with size of fets. It may survive full size but they recommend ultralight for 5” size.
Bargain considering their F7 mini-stack is 156 Canadian on Amazon Canada.😅

Hi JohnE, I want to know your experience (or your friends experiences) with the ICM42688P gyro, read that BF 4.4 corrects this gyro configuration. IMHO you are the more honest pilot that I can find in YT and almost the only one I can trust when it comes to an honest opinion. Thank you very much and keep up the good work. 👍
To he honest I don’t have a ton of experience on the icm. I have used the bmi270 gyro on the Foxeer mini v3 quite a bit with great results.
Hopefully the betaflight are adding equivalent support for the icm like they did for bmi.

I use the Diatone F4 FC and it works fine for anything I throw at it. An extra spacer between it and the ESC and there is no worries. Have never used SpeedyBee stuff, but at the cost may try it. Would be great for a bando basher.

AmaxInno has a promo on 2004s and 2005s, if you want to go nuts.
I really like a classic 1507, or a Grunty 1606 like Emax makes.
For more power you can’t beat 1806, and for max lack of F’s you can go all way up to a 2004-2005 like the Diatone or RCinpower. Normally you lose some motor protection with a motor that large but grinderino, has some of the best motor protection for that size quad so I’d probably do that with either a decent whoop aio or a cheap 20x20 on 4s 850-1100
