I have been following your helicopter making for the past four years, now many of your youtube subscribers are waiting for your helicopter to fly~malaysia boy🇲🇾
All the haters on here wanting to know when it’s going to fly. Howard Hughes famously took the Spruce Goose out for taxi trials and “accidentally” got airborne, rising to a height of three feet before setting it back down on the water. It never flew again. If I were you, I’d get lots of lessons in a Robinson R22, then once competent, jump in your home built, hover in ground effect for a few minutes, claim success and hang the thing up in your workshop as a trophy. Job done.
This is a really necessary addition for a helicopter on skids, with an incredibly comfortable design! Now, after landing, it is possible to move the helicopter from the landing site to the parking lot on its own without assistance, in the shortest possible time and without much effort. 👍👏💫⚡💥
Well, I have a similar project in mind. An helicopter with an all electric drivetrain😅. Mtow will be 450 kg, batteries at least 50 kWh , but to not exceed weight the battery will be integrated into the structure of th helicopter (instead of "attached" like in other electric ones like the Sikorsky Firefly or the elctric Mosquito). Rotor will be 7 m diameter, 20 cm chord, one singe front main spar out of high tensile strength steel, with glued on honycomb-fibreglass trailing edge. Rotor head is underslung semi rigid system, with swashplate and a sleeve/scissor assembly for the pitch, while cyclic is made independent of that via the normal swashplate. Drivetrain consist out of a single 100 kW axial flux motor, with a bevel gear at the bottom of the drive shaft that's powering the tail rotor, while the main rotor is powered by toothed belts, to circumnavigate the need of a gearbox. Hopefully it works 😂
@@ultralighthelicopter well, the Battery "box" will be the central part of the machine, being the main structural part. Attached to it will be the tailboom/tail rotor assembly, the motor, controller, etc. The rotor blades main spar will be manufactured separately by a company that knows how to handle the steel, while the trailing edge will made by me with maybe a foam insert or honeycomb surrounded with fiberglass. We'll see, I'm currently in de CAD design process....
This Model is experimental, the plans i build off this helicopter are quite accurate, but details like the construction details of the rotor blades, the beltdrive clutch, the needed main or tail rotor rpm etc. are not complete. So it takes abit time to improve the parts step by step. (by fail and error) Next video is the first spin up test, you can see it as a member or in the near future public.
fly ??????????????????????????? ........ Enough construction!... lots of video!... with lots of detail... When will it fly? You've run out of patience!

Надеюсь мне не исполниться 90 лет, пока я увижу первый полёт? При том что сейчас мне 43😂
Anytime now, FLIGHT!!!

This is all very interesting and necessary!) But when is the first flight???

J'en ai marre d'attendre, je désespére de le voir voler un jour
So many people only care about the destination when the journey is part of the fun. Take your time mate.
remember not all ppl have lots of time left in their lives.so a journey is useless if u dont reach the destination.
biran önce uçur emeğinize sağlık

Stay calm please
Have you ever taken the Myers Briggs personality test? I'm curious as to what type you are.
Aparentemente tienes problemas para hacer volar el helicóptero, por qué no subes más vídeos.
