US and Russia for third

Losing to any other country in Canada hurts but losing to the U.S is devastating!

oh you mean as a Canadian losing on home ice? Yeah I know it's awful. That's why that John Carlson goal was really annoying or the shootout goal in the 2017 World Juniors. Screw the US, we are better!
@@thebestofhockey8684 Only because american athletes can't afford to play hockey. Once they do they'll start dominating. Just look at the young prospects. The American population in the NHL is increasing rapidly and the costs are still at an all time high

I never understood why they put team North America and team Europe in the world championships... doesn't it just kill the whole patriotic vibe?
you mean the World Cup? I guess because countries in Europe like Slovakia or Germany would have a huge disadvantage with the talent level so they just took all of Europe's best players outside of Sweden, Finland and Czechia to make it more even. And that made 9 teams so they got the best young stars from NA because Canada and the US already have so many good players

As an American I have to say this is the best International hockey video in my opinion.
