DLC is very different with this game. but Uh build Civs first and keep your consumer goods down are 2 things you should def know build civs till like 1938 except Germany I normally build till 1937 and then mills.
Yeah I started to build civs factories need a few more thou for sure. I know I have until summer of 39 until the war should kick off, so hopefully I can get all the important stuff done. Have any dlcs I should get first?
