Thank you so much for this video, I do this by cutting the yams very thin and putting them on kitchen paper then in the oven on a low heat for 3 hours, dog chrisps that my dog loves.

Hi Ava, you should be able to bake them on the lowest setting in the oven until they dry out and reach the desired texture.
