2/3 cup water
60 g butter

1 tsp salt
3 1/2 cup bread flour
For the filling
4 eggs
1 1/4 tsp pandan extract
3/4 cup coconut milk
3/4 cup + 1 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup dessicated coconut
Optional
fresh milk for brushing
extra dessicated coconut
