Stellaris never fails to deliver in their OSTs, every time they nail it. The sentiment which the artists tries to convey is expressed in the most beautiful songs, they send shivers down my spine and make me imagine another world... THAT IS MUSIC.
"Call to Assembly"/"The Galactic UN" reminds me of the Imperial March at the beginning of the piece, before it shifts to the next part, albeit more heroic.
Ancient Relics had some awesome tracks too, but yes. I agree. When I launched the DLC for the first time yesterday it was a very pleasant moment to hear the new music.

Yeah!! That's what I was about to say! If you compare "A Brighter Tomorrow" to something like "Confederate Flags" from HOI4 Man The Guns, you can sorta find some similarities.

i love the artwroks too. its just beautiful. it feels like i was living in that world.
To me the main theme sounds more like relatively benevolent/aristocratic empire and the others like starship troopers

it sounds more like an hoi ost
Sounds like Legend of the Galactic Heroes "Valkyrie ha" / empire theme a bit too
"A brighter Tomorrow" kind of reminds me a bit of "Men of Honor" from Two Steps From Hell. Paradox nailed it yet again with their Soundtracks.
Best OST from a Stellaris DLC in my opinion.

Leviathans, Megacorps and federations.
Emperor protects.
Into the dark from "Distant Stars" just does it more for me
Imperial Fleet
A Brighter Tomorrow sounds so hopeful and beautiful, one of my favorite tracks from the game.
9:46 I get goosebumps literally every time this part comes up. Absolutely gorgeous piece, it manages to feel spacey and heroic at the same time
Currently listening to this while waiting in line to vote.
Greetings from the future - the timeline has been restored. We have a single, galactic free trade zone, and space taco trucks on every corner.

Doing God’s work, bless you kind sir
when you are the senate 3.55
when you are the council 8:00
this is asome
8:00 when the entire galaxy declares war on you
Hegemonic Dominion goes SO HARD. Makes me imagine non-discriminate orbital bombardment
For some reason these songs have a real HOI4 feel to them. Is the composer one of the guys who worked on that game's soundtrack?
Yep, the same author, Andreas Waldetoft.
@@NeoYgdrassyl No, not anymore. Since Humanoids it's been other composers

New guy is Bert Meyer
I was just thinking that some la resistance tracks sound very Stellaris-like
The soundtrack sounds like its from the star wars prequel series - especially since expansion deals with diplomacy, politics and lots of senate.
I AM the senate
You have to agree - best sound is from 4:00
Sounds similar to Star Wars. Which is good. Very good.
Wondeful!
Call To Assembly has got to be the best new track, in my opinion. Though they’re all fantastic! Really gets me in the mood for interstellar diplomacy.
thanks :^)
perfection
9:45 gives me FSX vibes.
When I unlock genetic super soldiers... Call to Assembly.
"AVENGERS...... ASSEMBLE!!"
Construction Complete.
Nice
was great until o heard it the 10th time on the loading screen. it's my fault for getting 100 mods...
Makes me feel patriotic for a race that doesn’t exist. Amazing!
Don't say that. It exists in your mind. It's as valid as any other things in the world. This is why we, humans are exceptional.
Makes me patriotic for humanity in general.
@@dango6266 At last, someone who shares the same emotion !
All hail the Emperor
Who here after The Galactic Federation was revealed lmao
First one reminds me more of Hearts of Iron Songs
3:20
Why does "A brighter tomorrow" give me Gurren Lagann vibes?
Anyone think this suits HOI4 better?
