This is my favorite musical number from the show. And Elliot is a wonderful Val Jean. I've always felt that Hale has the best singing voice out of the cast.
They did end? I'm from Germany and here are only the first 3 seasons translated. What I wanted to say: *that's horrible* Sorry for bad grammar, I said before, I'm from Germany.
@@LovinneLily (Spoiler alert) It was really unfair to attack them though, considering they didn't actually want to kill off Quentin; Jason Ralph wanted to leave (cos he wanted to do other stuff or something). And even then the show handled Q's death BEAUTIFULLY, in a way that was both respectful to the character, but also tied perfectly into the show's theme of subverting fantasy tropes. And then they made the entire final season about moving on from loss. Honestly, this show deserved better.
Beerbottles123 Still I think it personally ruins one of the best musical theatre songs out there, especially all the hate on Javert in the scene (I don’t understand nor laugh at those jokes they tried to make)
Cheap fantasy? :D Have you met Game of Thrones? Now that was one. Hype powered it all along. And the ending was one of the most disappointing of all time of TV history. And the book is not even ready at all... Do you want an example from that type as a real-real good one? Malazan Book of the Fallen. It's not adapted to show/movie yet. Why? Because it's much more complex and pro than GoT... GoT needed 50-80 million to be made every season. I cannot even imagine how much more it would cost... Now this one is not cheap fantasy. It's not Lord of the Rings but it's not in the same type, only the same genre. It's a social commentary of our culture as well, a comedy too, and more. I'm not saying that this is the "best fantasy ever adapted to movie/show", but it's a really good one. And the music (not just musical was in those moments) is well chosen to the actual moment of show. Btw: not bad singers being actors... It's not a perfect presentation of the song and it's making it better because the characters in the show are not singers, so in this way more real.
@JuliaPale That's only your opinion. I personally think that most of the cast has beyond amazing voices. It also has beyond the right to be acknowledged
If anything this show actually treated its musical moments with love & respect; Hollywood on the other hand is massacring musicals left, right & centre (INCLUDING Les Miz btw)
Both Summer/Margo and Brittany/Fen had never sung before, with Summer actually being helped by Jade/Kady who is a professional singer. 💛
Fun fact the actor who played Eliot did actually do Le Misz in the past.
not true you didn’t not watch the movie
@@justinblugh7768 are you a troll? You do know that Le Misz is not just a movie right? It's also a play...
Fans of the play really hate the movie. Itsinfamous for that.
By the way its originallyfrom a book
Margo's/Summer's dress flying up took me out🤣🤣

Eliot has so much vibrato in his voice. I've never heard something like this before.
I have to amit that Elliot singing capabilities are pretty good
I love it so much 😭😭❤️ they all look so beautiful in this and their voices are just AMAZING! 😍😍
yo, fen slayed it though. she aint no lea salonga, but homegirl has some pipes.
She’d never sung before, so even more impressive I think. 😊💛
I love Queen margo
Its funny how the alto sings cosettes part and a soprano sings eponines part
The Alto part was beautiful
skipping "one more day to revolution" ... lol :D
I love this show sooo much. Why did they end?

They lost fan support after a main character death, not only lost but were heavily attacked online for it.

@@emmanuel8582 I mean that they should rather sing a bit off than using these damn ugly correcting program 🤓
Yeah it’s quite glaring, apart from Hale!
@@robin4970 I mean, this is a show about Magic. Maybe in that fantasy world, Autotune was actually created by Magicians.
It’s magic... you think a singing SPELL isn’t going to auto tune you?
I’ve never seen this show but that auto tune was worse than Emma Watson’s auto tune everyone complains about in Beauty and the Beast.
Autotune kinda fits. It's a spell after all.
