The prompt that spoke to me the most was number 1 and 2 how technology has changed the world we live in and who we are as people and how that can be useful and dangerous. I thought of it from the point of view of phones, ipads etc with specific relation to social media. Particularly, how social media has made our world more accessible but also opened up a lot of discourse about society as a whole and who we claim to be versus who we actually are. I'd love to know other people's interpretations, so that I can broaden my understanding and see other people's thought processes.
Hi, Kate, thanks for the vedio. I still don't know how to write the introduction even I already have the ideas for my argument and counter argument. Can you tell me how to write the introduction paragraph? Thanks.
Hi Kate :) I've found that I often struggle to come up with a counter argument, as it is usually my main idea for paragraph 2 (in this video i noticed you had the same problem). Do you have ways around this? Or is it alright to not have a counter argument if it is clear you are showing a different perspective in the next paragraph? Thank you for all your vides they're amazing and have helped me so much!!
Hey! I know it's a super late response but section 2 essays are marked by humans. Each essay is marked by three individual markers. ACER outline this in the GAMSAT info booklet :)

Glad to hear! Hope this series helps you :)
Sooo glad to see that you rewrite the prompts in your own interpretation. I do this too and it makes it so much easier to expand upon
Yeah it definitely makes it easier for me too :D at least when i'm trying to take it slowly and come up with a good idea that isn't so rushed!
This was suchhh a helpful video! Thanks so much Kate, would love to see a similar vid for Task B :))

Another amazing video ! Question, do you know if gamsat essays are marked by AI or actual humans who sit through the essays and mark them ?
