Are you using long springs or short? I am wondering where the attachment of short yellow springs on spring board would be equivalent? I’m thinking at 3 maybe 4?????
Hey Kathy, because the spring board is put on a wall its hard for me to say which # you put it on. I don't know how much space you put between the floor and the bottom edge. However, in my flashcards for the Cadillac/Tower I do have the measurements from my mat to my hooks. So then you can measure no matter what springboard you're on, or tower or cadillac! Also, you should use short springs for the arm springs. And if you're able to I would order the centerline grey springs because they are stronger than the yellow but not too strong providing a much better experience for arm springs and roll back bar springs. xx~LL
