A Brutal and insane republic super fortress is being defended by the republic clone trooper army during the clone wars. But the clones have a secret trick up their sleeves in their mega fortress for the battle droid army in the form of a massive deadly minefield filled with, get this, MINES! This was made using the Men of War Assault Squad 2 Star Wars Galaxy at War Mod Battle Simulator.

do a battle with infinite chokepoints and infinite enemy's and see what group can finish it first (commando droids, tactical, regular ect) it would be a cool series. see what group of clones can defend it best

If suggestions are clear, I'd love to see a beach or heavily swampy defense area, the clones hold off wave after wave of battle droids, but the twist is since it's the CIS, each wave means a new droid model in a platoon, and the get for the clones is their defense is as stern as the Drill sergeants in the army, if you'd like to add anything else feel free, I'd love to see a switch at the end if they survive, where the clones attack back if they can.
Mines are probably the best defenses against the B1 battle droids, as they almost always march into battle in large formations where troopers are very close together.

You finally brought the Bantha squad I have been wanting too see time again I can't remember I think it was at leat 1-2 years ago at refinery it was an epic video but this one even more better that other one had the cloners flying ats or sts for especape in the other one but the field mines the security droids & AV Canons always = alot of fun to watch great video! I would like too see like someone else mentioned bring in a former Bantha squad member into Rico's Brigade that would be great

So what the tanks were doing is a standard tactic used by tankers, referred to as going ‘hull down’.
As for mines, there are two general methods of deployment used: obstruction and area denial. What you were doing was obstruction; i.e. placing them such a way as to force the enemy to go through them. Although, IMO, a better place for them would be between those rock formations, as it’s a narrow passage that the droids _have_ to go through. The other method, area denial, places the mines in such a way as to force the enemy to directly assault your strong points, such as machine guns, to avoid them. Wire is used in much the same way.
My only other problem is probably due to programming, but every soldier near a machine gun should be scrambling to put it back into action, as they are one of the most important weapons on the battlefield.
As for the attackers, the best way to attack a stronghold is to go around. I don’t know the lateral limits of the map, but if they could, the majority should try and sweep the flanks while a few tied up the defenders (although then you wouldn’t have been able to see your mines in action). They also needed more armor, as attacking a position _that_ heavily fortified with primarily infantry is just asking for massive casualties... As you just saw.

Why not man turrets and cannons when they get unmanned I’m sure if the battle was real someone would reman it adds to action like a trooper running to man a turret to help defend a position in stead of them leave them out
but normal troops don't have much training in artillery, only the artillery people or maybe engineers would be able to properly fire them

Hey Daley I got battlefront 2 it is pretty fun though it’s hectic but I gotta day I don’t like flying in Iran’s I wish they had made a few more wide open maps for the vehicles and armor to fight each other
You used gold clones in a previous video and I believe you said they weren't in the Star Wars trilogy but they were in the Battle of Geonosis they were actually clones when they first appeared with the gold Stripes armor
