Don’t know the official number but I’d say roughly 12-15 feet when wide open and turning the crank fast. You can narrow the spread with an adjustable flap and the rate that you turn the crank will impact the distance. It’s a great seeder.
Make sure the strap is going up and over your shoulder not around your neck. Should go over one shoulder down your back and connect back around front under your other arm. it seems more logical to go around your neck but that is not correct way.
I'll be more interested in this seeder when they figure out how to replace the hand crank and make it with a cordless tool battery and motor to spread the seed and fertilizer.

Looking into selling my Earthway bag spreader and getting one of these. Question, how wide of spread does this have when spreading the seed?

does this spreader have multiple settings for fertilizer dispensing?
As in size gauge? Yes. Very adjustable.
Add a trip to the chiropractor to the cost. Unless you have 2 necks like an NFL player. Hate the thing.
