  • Hello! guys today's video show you how to Make Lechon Sauce | Liver Sauce ||| Recipe is stated below please check it out
    LECHON SAUCE | LIVER SAUCE (MANG TOMAS STYLE)
    Ingredients:
    500g pork liver
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    3/4 cup white vinegar
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    8 cloves garlic , minced
    1 pc large onion , chopped
    1 tsp iodized salt
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    Olive oil
    Procedure:
    1. Combine water and bread crumbs stir well and set aside.
    2. Heat pan and put some olive oil .
    3. Sauté onion and garlic .
    4. Put in pork liver cook for about 5-7 or until cooked.
    5. Add vinegar (don't mix) let it boil for 2-4 minutes then add brown sugar stir well until combine.
    6. Add salt and pepper stir. Pour in bread crumbs mixture mix and cook until thick. And remove from stove.
    7. Transfer to processor puree until smooth . Repeat the procedure for the remaining liver sauce.
    8. Serve with roast por or roast chicken. Enjoy
