I prefer sugared energydrinks... else they are not energy with zero calories ;D Very nice for being the first and oldest course^^

The edge of the disc away from the hand is lower than perfectly flat (wrist and/or body tipped forward; or a bunch of other methods, I'm not a coach). It tends to be a safer shot in that discs will either flip to flat or exaggerate the natural flight of a forehand or backhand release.
