me and my friend compared tower lights. I had the ryobi tower light and his the m18 rocket. Both worked the same in any type of weather condition. Of course the milwaukee is more pricey. For me I grab what i think will do the job at a fair price. If your gonna pay for the M18 rocket you can get two ryobi tower lights but I understand some don't want to haul different batteries and tools around. Milwaukee rocket tower light is good if your out in the field but I think its overkill for the avg DIY or homeowner use that money to buy other tools.
LOL.. This was a very informative video and well put together but when he said he was 5'10 and the light was 6 foot I had to see if I was the only one thinking WTF...
i picked up this light, two high output 6ah batteries, and the mid torque fuel impact driver for $350. was looking for battery deals when i saw it....couldnt pass it up.
@user-gt7xz8lh4d there are times that you stumble upon something that you HAVE to jump on. Part of me is curious if someone made a mistake with this price.
@@MJAltairy I just bought 2, I already own the 2nd and 3rd Gen, thought I’d try the first Gen since it is different from the other 2, single light vice the 3. But I found it to be able to shake much more, and in general the entire light seems like they either forgot to tighten all the screws or someone forgot there were actual torque specs for certain screws. The worst part is, the reason why I bought 2 was to give my parents one. But now I’m hesitant.
@@mariochavez3212 oh wow. yeah i just used this lamp 2 nights ago at a bonfire and it was great. On the bright side, milwaukee does have a great reputation as far as their warranty claims go!
@@danielwarton5343 yeah this exact light has been in use non-stop for the past few weeks for a little construction project i have going in my polebarn where the electricity has been turned off till we get the drywall and lighting installed and when it gets dark, this light brings the whole sun into the room with it haha! I didn’t think i was going to keep it when I bought it as part of a kit, im super happy I decided not to sell it because it’s been so useful!

I mean it’s bright but I don’t think it will get all 60 yards pretty lit up. Id say the first 20ish-30 yards tho would be decently lit.
