It would be a good idea to strap that capacitor with either a metallic or plastic plumbers strap. Your work would look professional, and the capacitor will not move.
Very good video, I have a ECN furnace motor and had to replace it twice 250$ each time. What is the number for the relay and I have saved this video so I can make sure I wire it right. Thanks
What about a new gas furnace with a board that has a time delay that starts the motor? In the old days you put the "Heater Speed" on the normally closed set of contacts because the fan switch would bring on the fan.
Good job although I don’t like a cap in a box always strap it thanks for the video
Thank you. Awesome job Sir. Agree with the sep cap crit thought. But, not an hvac guy either. We all do things differently.
New subscriber, great job brother

Perfect thank you
Why not just add a PSC fan control board ?
No time delay on
Will buy a qwikswap universal constant torque motor replacement better 280$ amaozn
So complex.
Will the heater work if need it?
Motor won't start when calling for heating
👍🏼
I just use a QwikSwap X1
@wd8557 - Does the QwikSwap X1 run both the heater and the A/C? Also, does it have a built-in delay? Thanks.
Been doing it for years
