He likely explained that combining three internal and three external elements-functioning as six but moving as one-and leveraging internal energy to enhance external actions can significantly amplify the impact at the point of contact. By focusing all movement, both internal and external, towards a single point, one can naturally increase the force of impact. Although this is merely my interpretation and I could be mistaken, it seems like a plausible explanation of the technique demonstrated in the video. Just my two cents-take it with a grain of salt!

In my understanding, It’s like one who can achieve the external and internal harmony, can 一气呵成, which like a fluent pianist can perform the melody in heart without realizing pressing the keys or arranging the fingers.
